The initial offer was lower than what I requested, however I asked for reconsideration of a reasonable increase for my needs. Everyone beware of this company! Prime case is the worse type of company you can possibly get involved with! It takes them approximately 24to72hours to review your application, then respond back to you. This company exhibits zero respect to the person requesting the loan/advance. The underwriter, the so called person in charge,has this attitude beyond description. In retrospect I wish I would of listened to the advice of a friend about Prime. Prime case funding contacted us on a Wednesday. Took all of our information, including the type of case, Transvaginal Mesh. They even asked for details, when the surgery was preformed, etc.. "Hannah" said she would be in contact within 24 hours. Our attorney gave them all the information they needed THE SAME DAY. Days passed with no reply. We finally called and Hannah told us they 'don't do mesh lawsuits". They never intended to at least email us never mind a simple phone call to let us know. Also, if they don't do mesh lawsuits why did they have us look up surgery dates? Isn't this something they would know off the rip? Horrible customer service, avoid them. read more

They do not charge any fees and do not compound their interest rate. I think the rate is a fixed 15% every six months. I do not think Prime Case beats that. read more
