Both Sean and Shea helped us in the first difficult days after the death, as we formed a decision to have a memorial service several months later. When we changed some of the preplanned arrangements, Burket-Truby kept up and gave us excellent advice. Update: May 19th the Cemetery finally Buried my grandma. My cousin contacted The cemetery,…read morecremation and funeral association. But also contacted Jude Abraham who is the President/CEO of 'Life Remembered' who owns Greenwood Memorial Memorial now. He apologized to our family and let us have a service at no cost and we were present that day. They had everything ready and nice for us. Jude [goes by Joe?] himself was there to over see everything. We were able to come together and say our final goodbyes. It was a beautiful morning. It felt good to know she was safe and with grandpa. Where we can visit and mourn her. When we had the Funeral we used Brady Curran Funeral Home and James has always been so kind, he also came to make sure everything went well, as we contacted him as well to see what to do. The workers who did the lowering for us were very kind and upstanding and took great care laying grandma in her resting place. The CEO was very nice made sure everything was done right and after even helped my other family members find family that were buried that they previously had trouble locating. My cousin and uncle delt with everyone but, from my perspective everything went very well. I wanted to update because they did make it right and she's safe and finally resting but, also to let others know who to contact if anything similar happens. This place has changed hands somewhere along the line and things are falling thru the cracks. There are dead trees with roots popping up on top of folks graves. The office staff seem to lack accountability and genuine concern. I hear words but nothing is being done other than putting the job back on me. My father was a veteran he passed in December. We are now sitting close to November and yet we have no foot stone on the grave because they are worried about discharge papers I don't have and trying to get. This should have already been in his file. We purchased a bench that was not cheap and that is still not installed either.
