Grandma in 2005 had made no plans, and Ross and company gently guided us through the entire process, helping us try to find the path that would satisfy both her wishes and the needs of our grief. Later on my parents both did a full pre-need through Ross. 'Pre-need' can be well-shaped - if you want to have the entire process decided and paid for in advance, that can be done - or to a lesser degree, whatever you're comfortable with, they'll work through it and explain it thoroughly, several times if need be. After all, they're the professionals, and they know what needs doing. When Mom passed in 2011, all we had to do was grieve; everything else was handled. Pat and Ross III were lifesavers. We buried my Dad on 1/28/19, and the funeral experience was the same excellent level of service. RGW arranged for an honor guard since dad was an Air Force veteran, and I cannot thank Ashley enough for the idea - Dad was in the Legion and loved and was supported by his brothers in arms over the years. With Dad, Ross G. Walker IV (third generation in the business) helped us with the same care and concern his father showed to my mother and grandmother. It's reassuring to see that continuity of service maintained in an often chaotic world. He's a natural, and 'Big R' has got a good career ahead of him. Bottom line: when you're feeling like you're at the lowest moment in your entire life, Ross G. Walker - both of them - will treat you with care.

I called " Rusiewicz Funeral Home" and they were very kind and helped me. Now, 7 months later, I need to order my father's VA grave marker.

Very professional staff with outstanding communication with this whole process, during our most difficult time. I would highly recommend the Jobe Funeral Home for all your family needs.

Many families choose to meet on their own time at a special place to scatter the ashes. If you would like a memorial ceremony after the cremation, you can plan it right away or weeks in the future. Traditional funerals with burial services are a popular option. And if your family is more casual, you can choose a life celebration format. With music and dancing, this party atmosphere is sometimes preferred. There are a variety of funeral products offered for purchase, including vaults, memorials, keepsakes, caskets, urns, thumbies, and pendants. You may choose to transfer the body to another state for burial, and the funeral home can take care of the transport process. If you require veteran services or military honors, know that your loved one is in good hands with Jobe Funeral Home. Families who have used the funeral home rave about their compassionate care and attention to detail.

But also contacted Jude Abraham who is the President/CEO of 'Life Remembered' who owns Greenwood Memorial Memorial now. He apologized to our family and let us have a service at no cost and we were present that day. They had everything ready and nice for us. Jude [goes by Joe?] himself was there to over see everything. We were able to come together and say our final goodbyes. It was a beautiful morning. It felt good to know she was safe and with grandpa. Where we can visit and mourn her. When we had the Funeral we used Brady Curran Funeral Home and James has always been so kind, he also came to make sure everything went well, as we contacted him as well to see what to do. The workers who did the lowering for us were very kind and upstanding and took great care laying grandma in her resting place. The CEO was very nice made sure everything was done right and after even helped my other family members find family that were buried that they previously had trouble locating. My cousin and uncle delt with everyone but, from my perspective everything went very well. I wanted to update because they did make it right and she's safe and finally resting but, also to let others know who to contact if anything similar happens. Mr. Abraham was very quick to fix, Apologie, and handle the issues we had had.

This place has changed hands somewhere along the line and things are falling thru the cracks. There are dead trees with roots popping up on top of folks graves. The office staff seem to lack accountability and genuine concern. I hear words but nothing is being done other than putting the job back on me. My father was a veteran he passed in December. We are now sitting close to November and yet we have no foot stone on the grave because they are worried about discharge papers I don't have and trying to get. This should have already been in his file. We purchased a bench that was not cheap and that is still not installed either.
