We were looking to celebrate my mother's birthday with her marker at her site. It is now October 10th exactly 5 months since paying in full and still nothing. Every time we take windmills, flowers, butterflies to her site at or next visit everything is gone. We are able to see it means the grass was just cut. It happened twice in the same season. This is just a business for the owners, job for the ones in charge. There is no compassion or care. There are supposed to be to be clean up dates by the season. But they clear your stuff clear out the way so the task of mowing the site it fast and not an inconvenience to them. Next I'm call my attorney and the news.

I found myself accidently stepping on markers because you could not tell they were there. The roads are so horrible, I thought I blew a tire in one of the numerous potholes. There is an old house on site that I think is the maintenance facility. It's right in front and looks horrible. This whole place looks like an old, trashy farm rather than a respectful resting place.

Mark, Melissa and Megan walked us through the required paperwork (including creating and publishing an obituary in the newspapers), coordinating with the church for a funeral religious service, and the cemetery for the internment. The visitation was well done prior to the church service, and a funeral procession afterwards to the cemetery was seamless. They even helped us by arranging for a military color guard for my father's (a US Air Force veteran) burial. My family is very grateful for their professional and compassionate service.

Find another place to go, find someone who knows what they are doing. Especially at a sad time, you need direction and guidance, you will not find it here. They checked in on us at the perfect times, asking if we needed coffee or water. They greeted all of our family and gave their condolences. Perhaps the most touching aspect was how Nick helped us get my Grammy home. There was an issue back home in CA with her death certificate (nothing to do with Alfieri, it was her doctors), and she almost did not make it back to PA, her final resting place.
