I had him come out to my apartment to clean my vomit stained couch and carpet (sorry to gross you out-it wasn't my best week) and not only was he really nice and professional but he just seemed like a really happy go lucky kind of guy. I've gone with big name companies before but they are never as easy to work with. Not to mention on prices-he was willing to work on my carpet stain for free after having worked on my couch (which I paid for) and did a great job on both. Honestly, if you're weird about strangers in your house (which I kind of am) I know this guy is harmless and good at what he does.

I have a 'persian'-like rug that we've had in our family for about 40 years or so. Another that came with the house and one smaller one that I'd used in my old kitchen for 15 years. Also the grout in bathroom floor was nearly back and it wasn't supposed to be. Brian came on a Saturday, accompanied by his son. They were both very nice and did a terrific job getting the dog smells, dust, dirt etc out of these rugs... I mean they were so bad I wouldn't let them in the house until they cleaned up their act! He was a fairly large man and his ring was an 11 and I typically wear an 8. I'd seen ads for Kragh's Jewelry at almost every movie I'd sat through at the local movie theater, so thumbs up to their marketing team -- it works! But I also liked the idea of keeping it local, so they were my first and only stop. The first woman who assisted me didn't think it could be done as she was concerned about some of the decorations on the sides being impacted as well as an inscription on the inside by the sizing. Since I had just returned from the funeral and my emotions were all over the place, I accidentally burst out into tears. She gently handed me tissues and consulted with the jeweler to see what could be done. He looked at it closely and let me know that he'd find a way to make it work. The ring was done within a week and I received a text letting me know it was ready. Unfortunately, I wasn't ready to pick it up yet and they were so sweet about letting me pick the ring up on my own time. I picked it up today and it's perfect. Everything on the sides and the inscription were preserved perfectly. I'm so entirely happy with I didn't read reviews or shop around, so I have no idea if the price I paid for the sizing is astronomical. I just know my mind wasn't in the space to bargain shop and they customer service made it worth every penny I paid.
