Plum Southern is my go-to shop for fantastic gifts that always delight the recipient. The staff is courteous, professional, go beyond the ordinary delivering beautifully wrapped presentations. I always want to treat myself with whatever gift I select for a friend or family member, because the selections are fresh, innovative, and including the latest trends delivered in quality products, not like many shops who cut quality for quantity or price. My wife and I drove down from Peachtree City to get a diploma framed by Kara. They have a…read morebeautiful service where they incorporate a hand-painted drawing of the college's campus with the diploma. We expected to leave the diploma there and pick it up in a few weeks. Kara said she would stay after hours and get it done while we waited since we'd come all the way from Peachtree City! Wow! That is great customer service. We also had our silver picture frame with our wedding invitation in it that had started to come apart after 29 years. She put it all back together for us while we waited! She recommended some restaurants so we had dinner and everything was ready by the time we were finished! On top of having a beautiful shop, you can expect extraordinary customer service if you need any services done here!
