My 73 year old husband to several large boxes of books to them. The staff was incredibly rude and refused to offer any kind of assistance. He was forced to bring in heavy boxes and unload them into their boxes and then have many refused and forced to rebox them and carry them out only to find out that they would notify at some point if they would take them.
