Definitely hate it when you have to call a plumber, but this was a pleasant experience. 24-hour service, friendly receptionist, and thankfully they had a quick response time and came out the same day. Overcharged what should have been a 2 hour job they stretched it over 8 hours ​

I felt the need to share my experience as I had a septic tank issue on Sunday and came to Yelp looking for recommendations. I posted a message briefly describing my issue and received a message shortly thereafter from Dylan. Dylan explained one of his Technicians would contains me shortly. I received a call from Steven explaining he would be out next business day. Steven called me Monday to advise me he was wrapping up a previously scheduled appointment and would text me an ETA for arrival. Upon his arrival he assessed the issue, and we discussed repair options. The job was fully completed next business day. Through the entire process, Steven was so kind to text me as I was explained with working from home I would be on calls and in virtual meetings. Steven thoroughly explained the work he was performing throughout. I cannot express my satisfaction from my initial contact with Dylan, Steven and the young man that assisted him as this was definitely a two man job. You all have gone above and beyond my expectations and cannot thank you enough for the courtesy and professionalism received. I needed a leak under my house fixed. Water was coming out like a very small river. My regular plumber was out of town. So I ran across plumb all. What a mistake. I talked to him and he said he would come out around 1pm to look at it and give me a FREE estimate. 2pm comes around, and no sign of him. So I called him and he said okay he'll be there around 3pm. It's now 5pm so I'm looking for other plumbers. He calls me and said I know it's late and after hours but I'm still willing to come right now to look at it and give you a free estimate. I said okay, big mistake. He gets here close to 8pm. Goes under the house for a while. Then comes out and shows me pictures of the issue. The water is coming out of that pipe so fast and a lot. But I thought if it was that bad the leak would have been way worse. Anyway I said how much to fix it. He said $1200. Seriously. I told him I can't afford that. I'm a heart failure patient with a defibrillator. And at the time I was very sick with a new rare strain of COVID-19. And he knew that before he came. But then the nice guy routine disappears. He says well if you don't pay, I'll have to charge you for an after hours fee and an estimate fee. Which comes to $250. He told me that he would come look at it for free, just a few hours ago. Like he was bullying me. I said I have to use my savings to get this fixed. I can't do that plus you said free, even after hours. He left me there outside in the cold all that time. And I'm very sick already. He didn't even have a flashlight. He asked me for one. He said he would call the police. I'm pacing and freaking out. Finally he says ok, I'll do it for $500. Which for a small pipe seemed pricey but to get it fixed and avoid police. I said okay, what time will you be here tomorrow to fix it. He said no I'm fixing it tonight. But he wanted payment first. Took him forever to send the link and for the link to process payment. Like another hour in the cold and he's just smoking and blowing it in my face. And kept saying that he is going to get in so much trouble for doing it so cheap. Trying to make me feel bad. After keeping out in the cold, bullying, threatening me and lied to be able to come to my house. Finally he goes to fix the pipe. But he checks his van and asking me if I have plumbing glue and extra PVC pipes. Really?! I just paid $500 for him to use my glue and some of my parts. He's under the house three times. Twenty minutes each time. While talking on the phone with someone asking that person how he should fix the pipe. OMG. Well he knocks on my door asking for wipes to wash his hands. I give him some and he tells me he'll be back first thing in the morning 8am. But I have no water, he had to cut it off. Ugh .... I said okay see you in the morning. He gave me more guff about doing it for cheap. And how he has to go to home Depot for supplies. I just said sorry, but drive safely and I'll see you in the morning. 9am the next morning. And he's not here, so I call. And he said something came up and he'll be there at 10 am. Once again no show. I texted him asking if he is alright. He said it's going to be 12. This entire time I have no water and can't go anywhere. Finally he shows up at 3pm. Asking me again for my glue and supplies. And still on the phone with someone getting directions. Anyway around almost 5, he's done and leaves. Still giving me grief about the price. He used my material. I was just glad it was fixed and I had water. But I take a shower and the water is barely coming out. I called customer service and explained what was done and please have another plumber call me back, please not him. Not even thirty seconds after hanging up with customer service woman. He's calling me and jumping down my throat. About how much I'm lucky for him doing it for that price range. And how I should be greatfull that it's fixed and he was willing to come near me. With me having New COVID 19. And that he turned down my water pressure until I pay $900 for him to install a pressure valve. He's not turning it back up or even a little bit until then. I told him with my heart I can't stand in the shower that long. Because the water pressure was lesser than a water fountain you drink from. He just said that is how it is. I tried emailing the actual company with no reply. I tried twice and even called and it was the same woman. She said he told you how it is. Then hung up. So I'm still sick but with what the COVID-19 triggered. So I've been really sick for three months now. And every time I shower I pray that my defibrillator doesn't go off. And it takes so long cause the slow barely coming out water. That when I get out of the shower. My chest hurts so much and I'm super tired. And it's costing me on my water bill. Please don't use this company. That night was just so terrible and stressful. On how he was treating me. Saying he can fix three leaks for $2,000 and pump my septic for $1,500 ridiculous. Three toilets plugged up at a small office building on a Saturday. They came promptly, snaked the sewer line for a $500 charge but never cleared the line. Told me that I needed to replace the old cast iron sewer pipes, and that would cost about $13,000 + concrete cuting + repairs inside the building. We would need to use portable toilets in the meantime. He left with the understanding that we didn't have useable toilets. He would pull up the plans for the existing system from the City and get back with a firm quote on Monday. We never heard another word from the company and this is 6 days later. Very unimpressed. A day after they were out I contacted Drain-O-Might. He spent double the time there, hydrojetted the entire line, scoped it, and charged $525. He didn't think the line needed to be replaced, and the toilets have been working fine since. read more

I called this company in desire need of help. I didnt think anyone would be able to assist with my plumbing due to covid 19. I called they came out the same day and gave me a quote. The next day they replaced my entire pipes in my yard from meter to my house. They are quick efficient and the prices are not expensive. They are friendly and courteous. Our toilet/drain flooded one night so I called Plumb-All at 9 A:M: since they were local and the plumber said he would be here in 15 minutes. He called again around noon, and around three, said the same thing. He finally showed up around six p:m:. He gave me a price and the job was to take two hours. He was going to clean the drain all way to the street so he brought in this leaking machine and started forcing a small hose down the drain. I took a break from helping him about 11:30 and then I heard him pulling out the hose shortly thereafter. Half of our basement and rugs were flooded by the leaking machine and we had used every towel in the house mopping up. The tech said the drain might last about three months and we should quit flushing toilet paper! (Throw it in a trash can and empty daily) When finished he 'only' charged two hours of overtime at $220 an hour which doubled the quoted price to $1000. We spent half of the next day washing rugs and drying rugs. read more

I called for them to come out about busted pipe in my yard. They came with in 30 minutes. I guy knew I was in emergency situation the water was coming up out of the ground. He said It was going to cost 725.00 I didn't have a choice really needed water had to leaving day to go out of town for a funeral didn't have time to call anyone else. Needless to say he was only there 1 hour it cost 725.00 over priced after talking to several people even people at water company said that was way over priced. A lesson well learned never will call or refer this company the owner said it was busted pipe that was in detail it took the man 20 minutes to dig up pipe maybe 50 dollars in part. Tim from Plumb-All was a life saver yesterday! We had some serious plumbing issues arise out of nowhere in the middle of the night. I sent a message to Plumb-All and they got back to us very quickly. My husband spoke with Tim over the phone explaining our plumbing issues and in no time Tim and his assistant were at our front door ready to fix our problem. They were friendly and fair. After through investigation Tim diagnosed our issues and gave up repair options with affordable pricing to match. So we called H&G Plumbing & Septic because they had done some work for us in 2016 without any issues by Josh. Not sure how the companies are connected, but in December 2019 after calling them about a septic tank issue within a day or so Plumb-All came out. The guy that came out was nice and explained the issue (think it was Jimmy). He stated the tank needed to be pumped and the field lines needed to be treated or replaced. Okay no problem, lets do the treatment. Well we had to leave the house for a few errands, later questioned if the tank had truly been pumped because we were not gone that long and never saw another truck come. Paid the $2550, told we should be good. Well within 11 days, the water from the tank was backing up again through the basement drains. Called them back, they immediately returned and then stated the entire field line system needed to be replaced. If you know septic tanks, you know this is not cheap, quoted 12-15K. So we wanted to get a second opinion. Well we did and that was not the issue and the second company questioned if it had really been pumped also. When my husband called Plumb-All back to inform them that we didn't feel comfortable replacing the entire system and what the second company said, they wanted to back peddle, send another tech out and "see what the problem really was". Thought you told us already? We informed them they could but we would not give them another dime, because at this point we no longer felt they were trustworthy. We went with the second company, the issue was a clog from the house to the tank and cost another $2500, the tank also had to be pumped since not done the first time. I do have to say Ben and Ryan was amazing. Their quick response to the services needed was impressive. Not only that when Ben arrived to my house he was on- time and willing to assist with my water heater. Although they charge a$199.00 fee to complete a diagnostic on my water heater which would be applied towards my next purchase he understood it was not communicated to me and was willing work with me to try to earn my business. He did provide me with all my options and asked me if I would like to work with them however, with my research Plumb-All was $700.00 more than the other provided quotes. With that Ben tried to offer me other options but with my quote from Non Stop Plumbing, I could not see myself going with Plumb-All. Although their services was excellent, professional and courteous, their pricing was just out of my budget in compared to my other quotes. I am not sure if they shop their competitors however this is something they may need to do to stay competitive.
