I have dealt with him numerous times and he is very unprofessional, slovenly, and never on time / prepared with the tools he needs to do his job (Caleb, looking at you, kid). I will troll you on every outlet at every opportunity, and, at some point, you still have to come fix my tub /toilet, and I'm going to stand over your shoulder the whole time. I have had them out to fix problems with a broken water heater pipe (the day before Thanksgiving) and also to install a disposal. Both times, they gave me fair prices and took care of the problem. I was not impressed at all with this company. It took more than three hours for someone to call me back even though I had expressed that I needed to know if they would be able to make to my home that day so that I could go on to work. I just needed a phone call. When I had given up hope on them and was actually on my computer looking up a different plumber, I received the phone call. Unfortunately it was someone from there office who couldn't answer any questions, such as, what do they charge to replace a hot water heater, do they clean up the water in my carpet, would they be able to make that day, all he could say was that a service representative would call me shortly. Three more hours later I received the call and he assured me that they would be at my home between 3:30 and 4:00. They showed up around 4:30, but at this point my carpet and padding were saturated. All and all they installed the water heater just fine but I wish they had better customer service. I missed a entire day of work, which I cannot afford especially now that I had to pay over $800.00 for a water heater, when I could have worked if some one just would have called me before Noon. read more

Called on a Tuesday night to ask for a quote on replacing my main water line from PVC to copper and they agreed to check it out first thing in the morning. I received a call late Wednesday afternoon confirming my street address but then didn't hear from them again. When I followed up on Thursday morning, Caleb (I think) apologized and said that he got caught up with another job and would be coming by in an hour to take a look and calling me back with a quote. I eventually got a voicemail quote of $1400, which is almost double of my quote from Ridgeway so I didn't use them. Nonetheless, Frazier was very courteous and professional so I won't rule out calling them again to quote a different job in the future. PS. Their website has a 10% off offer! read more

Frazier Plumbing at 770-841-2506 installed a new garbage disposable. The plumber failed to knock the interior seal open when reconnecting the dishwasher drain. This is a small condo so we hand wash and the dishwasher is rarely used. But after a party sometime later, we discovered the dishwasher would not drain. Because of it's age we assumed the pump was bad and elected to replace it. Only upon installation of the new dishwasher did we learn about the blocked drain hole. No plumber should have made this mistake!!! Even a DIY could read directions. read more

This is a real review. I challenge Yelp to post it and not hide it. -Frazier Plumbing came to our rental house in Dekalb County, Georgia fall of 2015 to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They were prompt and reasonably priced, but they did not check in the easy-access crawlspace after snaking the kitchen sink. They had poked a hole in the drain pipe beneath the sink, which leaked into the crawl space, causing pools of dirty water and a musty smell that got worse over about 4 months. They wanted a lot of money to replace the pipes, and never admitted their mistake. We got a second estimate from our long-time, very honest plumbers, Morningside Plumbing. Never a problem with Morningside. They guarantee their work and do it right the first time. read more

I am so glad I found this plumbing company! We relocated to the Atlanta area less than a year ago with hopes of NOT needing a Plumber however, the home we purchased is was built in 1944 and subsequently we have been in a few relationships with home repairs and service companies as we get to know our new city... We have used Frazier Plumbing now on 3 different occasions and could not be happier! Last week my Water Heater busted and we were forced to make some quick decisions. The guys from Frazier took great care and offered a variety of solutions. In the end we opted for a new Tankless water heater and had it installed in the basement area which freed up new space in a closet where the old unit was in the laundry room! Very easy to set up an appointment. About thirty minutes before, my plumber told me he was running late with his previous appt. As I work later in the day I had no issue waiting forty more minutes. In reality it was more like 30 minutes, but he thanked me for understanding and no charged me for my replacement flapper (just charged me or labor). Caleb was a no call, no show! An hour after my appointment time, Tim called and said that he "had the invoice for my job but he had been held up". I already called another plumber. Apparently the main telephone line at Frazier is for emergencies and anything that isn't an emergency gets handed out to their plumbers with no follow up. Why bother making an appointment at all? I Called Fraizer plumbing to come to my house due to a leak in my yard from a pipe near my water meter. I telephoned on a Thursday and left a message. On Friday, I got a call saying "all of the plumbers were out" and that I would get a call from one of them to schedule an appointment in a couple of hours. On the following Tuesday I called back and said I still did not get a call...I got the same response. I never received a call. I've called Frazier twice over the past year, and both times I've been impressed with their professionalism and overall friendliness. They're a small, family-owned business, and I don't really think there's a single negative thing I could say about them. The first time I called them was because we were having problems with the pipes in the kitchen sink. Our house, which we'd bought only a short time ago, had a shady contractor who did a meh job on many of the things. Instead of a plumber, he just tried to put in all the piping himself. Then my husband and his friend tried to fix it without success. That's when I decided it was time to finally call a professional. Apparently, the pipes installed under our sink weren't the right size, so the plumber and his associate replaced them and like magic, my leaky pipes were fixed! But what impressed me even more was that morning, this horrible horrible smell enveloped my entire house, and I couldn't figure out what the heck it was. They spent a good hour or so crawling into my hot attic, checking the backyard, etc. Apparently not only is my brand new roof leaking (again, shady contractor that the previous owner used, yay), but they didn't properly ventilate my attic, thus the horrible smells. They did not charge me a single cent extra for this, nor did they try to B.S. me or try to sell me something I didn't need. Fast forward a number of months, and I had to call them back for the pipes under the sink, but for a completely different reason. Our garbage disposal died, and so I went online, looked for the garbage disposal that consumer reports recommended, and bought it from overstock.com. Well, what I didn't realize at the time was the garbage disposal that consumer reports recommended was 2-3 times the size of our old garbage disposal. My husband installed it correctly, but ended up making the pipes leak again, so I called out frazier again to refix the pipes. He got the pipes fixed the same day I called, and gave us great tips for the next time we buy a garbage disposal. The only downside is that they do not take credit card, but they do accept PayPal, as well as checks. I imagine this is to keep the cost down and keep their prices reasonable. Nonetheless, everyone in their company is personable and professional, and they really take their time and do a good job. I can't imagine hiring anyone else. read more

I was very impressed by the plumbers' attentiveness to detail and punctuality when providing services at my home. I asked for an initial quote, and when the plumber visited the site, we had a conversation about the issue. I showed him everything I had tried, and, after seeing that it was a straightforward fix, he instructed me how to fix it without a fee - just as the company's website states. I did it myself in less than 5 minutes, and what I appreciate most about his service is his honesty. He could have easily charged me a great deal of money for his services, but instead, he was honest and paid it forward. I am definitely using Frazier Plumbing Services again in the future. Caleb was recommended to me by my real estate agent after they had positive experiences working with him. My initial experience with him was positive. He was fairly priced, responsive, and seemed very knowledgeable. I hired him to install a hot water heater, run plumbing for a new bathroom to an addition, including toilet, sink, and shower as well as rough in for an existing bathroom shower and to install a new sink in the existing bathroom with exposed plumbing. In the beginning, as long as Caleb was actually on site I was confident the work was being completed in a competent manor. As the project went on, Caleb stopped coming to do the work himself or alongside his colleague, Brad. Brad frequently worked alone and would communicate that he was going to correct something we found that was done improperly only to then leave the work incomplete. He would frequently report that caleb was off fishing for the weekend and rarely showed up on job sites they had taken work for. I repeatedly ask for smaller issues to be corrected and would randomly get a response from caleb that it would be addressed. The existing shower plumbing was cut too short by Brad and not anchored to the studs. Once the fixtures were installed by my contractor, we immediately noticed that there was large pools of water coming out from under the wall where the fixtures were and a leak springing from the backside of the tub faucet nearest the tile. We recently learned that bc the plumbing was cut too short that the faucet wasn't properly attached and the water supply not fastened so it was rattling and spewing water all behind the wall into the laundry closet and subsequently under the bathroom wall into a pool on the floor. Calebs employee Brad and another "colleague", David, came to install the sink with exposed plumbing in the existing bathroom. They showed up at 1:30pm on the day they said they would arrive and didn't have any materials despite knowing the nature of the project for which we had discussed and walked through several times. He told me that there was a game on and he wouldn't work past 5pm so it probably wouldn't get completed. They made 3 trips to Home Depot and when they finally came back, David was profusely sweating to the point I offered him a towel. He was too large to fit in the bathroom and left blue jean marks on my freshly sheet rocked and painted bathroom and knocked the corner sheet rock work off the walls (I have photos). They used hoses that were too long and made the sink stick off the wall in a way that made the fixture leak water onto the floor. They left all the tags on the hoses and exposed plumbing fixtures which were so tightly shoved behind the sink and against the wall, we had to remove the sink to get them off to replace with proper parts to alleviate the leak. While they were onsite, Brad told me it wouldn't work bc I was "too particular" even though they'd already agreed to the work. Once the fixtures were installed in the new bathroom addition, the shower began to back up after a few uses and the adjoining toilet in that bathroom began to gurgle and fill up. My contractor, who is not a plumber, tried to plunge the toilet and shower to alleviate the issue. While using the shower, my son tried to flush the toilet in that bathroom and the same issue came up again. We reached out numerous times to caleb to seek help for the issues with no response. Caleb finally responded to numerous texts from my father pleading for help. He responded after several hours saying, "Calm your drunk ass down. I'll deal with you tomorrow dumbass". He later said, "I can't help. Too busy." I'm floored and disgusted. I paid Caleb $6k to do the work and after they got the check the work and communication was completely unprofessional. I have completely renovated my home and have had my fair share of bad contractor experiences (even a tile worker who left midway and stole tools from us and disappeared). I wouldn't recommend working with this company to anyone. I have documented all the texts, emails, and photos of their work. read more

My hot water heater finally kicked the bucket and I called Frazier. The Guys were out at 2 the next day and replaced with an updated heater by 5. My wife basically said I was cheap given my first heater was the cheapest Lowes carried in 2004 and I was afraid she and the Frazier guys were going to crush my wallet. I was fine with another bottom of the line heater that could last another 10 years. Bottom line is I received a great price, well under my assumptions, and the new heater looks like it belongs in the new millennium. The Guys even made friends with my wife's over protective canine. Scheduling is a little unusual, you have to talk to a couple of people, however, once I got the appointment set Caleb arrived reasonably close to on-time. He fixed the leak in the supply line on my side of the meter in my front yard. He was careful not to destroy the grass and was quite pleasant! Work was accomplished in about 30 minutes and he cleaned up everything nicely. I was very pleased with the service and the price was reasonable compared to what say, Superior Plumbing would have charged. BTW, this was also accomplished on a Saturday, no extra charge. I recently decided to purge some old spices from my pantry, and I opted to pour them down the disposal rather than in the waste basket. Didn't occur to me that I would soon be clogging the sink so soundly that nothing worked. We called Frazier as the "backup" to a heavily advertised plumber near us. Needless to say, they weren't on time or really that interested in our business. When the guys from Frazier showed up, they quickly got to work, unclogged the sink and then neatly returned all the cleaning supplies (my husband had pulled out when he pulled apart the plumbing in our first attempt to repair on our own) back under the sink!!! It is common courtesy, I guess, but not a common occurrence in my experience. We would recommend them on both experience and results. read more

Also, we ran into a little bit of a snag with the new faucets that I chose and bought myself, but Frazier was patient and worked with me to get past the problems without even charging extra. read more

I will not be calling them back. I emailed Frazier Plumbing the beginning of last week for a leak I have. I needed an estimate, I'm getting 3. They emailed me back the same day stating they could come the following day. I was not available so I asked if they would be able to come on Friday, they were not. I called Caleb on Friday to see if they were going to come out later that day because I had not heard back. I spoke to him around 1:00 he said he could not make it Friday but would be out on Monday (yesterday) @ 5:00. I left work a few minutes early to make sure I didn't miss him. I gave him until 5:30 to call and he didn't, so I called, It went straight to his voice mail. I was calling to let him know I was still waiting on him. He did not call back. I called again @ 6:00 to let him know I would not need him to come out that I would find another plumber. I've still not got a call back with an explanation and don't expect to. I don't know about anyone else but I need someone I can depend on to be on time and to fix my list of plumbing problems. Still looking for a Plumber, BBB preferred. read more
