Wendell's work was excellent. We called him after having the kitchen sink pipes jetted by another company, just six weeks prior. The sink and the dishwasher had begun to drain slowly again, and the first company gave us the runaround about coming back to rectify their work. Even trying to blame the blockage on our tenants. Wendell and his partner successfully resolved the blockage - using a camera to confirm that the job was done thoroughly. I've provided pictures of what Drain-o-Might cleared AFTER the first company's visit. Wendell told us that the color of the residue was an indication of its age and that it could not possibly have occurred in the six weeks between services. Had an issue with our basement toilet and shower backing up. Another plumber that I reached out to referred Wendell. He returned my call immediately and even helped walk me through some things to check in case it was something I could do on my own. He did need to come out and he along with his crew showed up timely and replaced the ejector pump. They were in and out. I appreciated that he explained the process and what he found and why a replacement was the best choice. I def recommend his services and I have his number saved if I ever need plumbing work again. Wendell was recomended. He went to my rental and informed me over the phone that he had cleared main drain in the house including the rest of the house. He charged me $650.00. 2 weeks later the tenant advised there were issues again. I called Wendell and upon reaching location I was advised that Wendell would require an additional $175 to do a specific area of the house that he had allegedly already cleared. Wendell changed the story of his previous work and advised he had only done a small portion of the house for the previous $650 charged. When I brought the discrepancy in the story up with Wendell he became irate and told me to find someone else to do the job and then hung up. DO NOT USE this rip off artist. read more

Wendell quoted us a price and was at our home in a little over an hour. He knew exactly what to do, quickly fixed the problem, and actually charged us less than he'd quoted on the phone. I met Wendell 10 years ago - when he helped us with our restaurant drains. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. Wendell Williams was a treat. From the moment I got on the phone with him for the first time to the moment he was waiving goodbye to me from my driveway this guy really seemed to care about my situation. We had a clogged drain and had Roto-Rooter take a look at it. They quoted me some crazy prices so I decided to look elsewhere. Wendell came out with his hydro jet and destroyed the grease clog in probably about 20 minutes start to finish. His pricing was more than fair and he was so taken back by how much Roto-Rooter wanted to charge me that he called another friend in the business on speaker phone so I could hear that there were at least 2 businesses that would charge much less than RR. He charged me exactly what he quoted me on the phone which was completely in line with pricing I researched. Either way, these guys are quick, efficient, friendly, and economical. Had a clogged drain line between guest bath and the kitchen After getting an estimate from Roto Rooter for $519 + parts and the plan to do all the work inside the house I called Wendell at Drain-O-Might. He was out on time, explained everything thoroughly, did all the work from the outside of the house including the snaking and pressure jet the lines for a little over half the Roto Rooter price. Roto Rooter wasn't even set up to do the high pressure cleaning of the lines. And Wendell is a nice guy. Can't beat that. read more

Morning's fun - main drain line to the street blocked by roots. Did a quick search for plumbers in my area and up came Yelp. # 1 on the list a place called "Drain-O-Might" specializing in high pressure water clearing of drain lines. I liked the homage to the 70s sitcom they did there (yep, I asked) so I went with my gut and gave them a call. No answer, but got a return call after about 15 minutes. Wendell arrives at my house within 45 minutes. Has the roots gone and drained cleaned out (he's got a video snake as well) all the way to the county sewer line in 30 minutes. Wendell's a nice guy, personable, informative, shows you what he's doing and what the problem is every step of the way. All without costing me an arm and a leg. Highly recommended June 2018 Update: Just wanted to say that Wendell and Drain-O-Might came to my rescue again. The Pressure Regulator Valve for my water line sprung a leak late last Friday night. Fortunately, I had a leak detector under my hot water heater that woke me up about 3 AM Saturday morning. Called Wendell a little after 7 and he said they could be out between 9 and 10. A little before 10 they show up, access the situation, get the old valve off (not an easy chore since it's under the HWH and situated in a very tight space) and were off to get a replacement. Fortunately, the old fittings were good and they didn't have to sweat anything off or replace it. Came back from HD (which is only a couple miles from my house) and had the new one on and water back on in a jif. Start to finish, about an hour and the charge was more than reasonable. I recently bought a 3-year-old previously owned home. One shower and one tub were draining very slowly.
