I had recently purchased a new home and had only lived in it for 30 days before their plumber's negligence caused my basement to flood. I had paid $7,000 for a sewer line replacement, and despite taking my full payment, the plumber failed to complete the job. He had left my home exposed from the outside, allowing water to pour in during a storm three weeks later. This was no accident -- it was pure negligence. When he finally returned after the flooding, he casually admitted that he had been supposed to come back three weeks earlier to lay cement over the area he worked on but failed to do so. That level of carelessness was completely unacceptable. Because of his negligence, I had to endure devastating damage. My finished basement had to be gutted -- all the drywall was ripped out, mold remediation had to take place, my engineered hardwood floors were destroyed, and I had been dealing with contractors in and out of my house. Two and a half months later, the situation was still ongoing. I still had no floors. My drywall was still missing. My home remained a disaster and unusable, and I hadn't been able to enjoy it since the nightmare began. To make matters worse, I had to miss several days of work to manage the non-ending contractors, all while enduring the overwhelming stress of the constant repairs. On top of that, a strong odor lingered in my house, making it even more difficult to live in. I was forced to stay in a hotel and with family for a while. I am a mother of a two-year-old, and the strain this placed on my family was immeasurable. What was even more appalling was the complete lack of accountability from K Harris Plumbing. Despite everything I went through, I never heard again from Kenny the plumber again after he returned after the flood to put cement on the neglected area. He put me in contact with his insurance company and that was it. This happened in February 2025. Since then there was no follow-up, no check-in to see how I was managing, and absolutely no effort to make things easier for me. Even after I reached out to the company/ Kenny the Plumber via email to explain the severity of the damage they caused and how it turned my life upside down. I was ignored. Not even a single apology or a partial refund. I deeply regret my decision to hire this company. It was devastating to invest in a new home only to have it ruined by the very people I trusted to do their job. I urged others to learn from my experience with this K Harris Plumbing and take caution.

Showed up when he said he would and evaluated the situation. The 56 year old septic tank had not been serviced in 20 years. It was full and leaking around lid into dirt. He stopped pumping when parts were exposed that had completely crumbled into gravel. He asked before proceeding with anything that might involve more cost. He did the necessary repairs and pumped the tank quickly but with care to do it correctly. His price was much less than expected and according to the plumber friend also much less than other companies. They have the cleanest equipment I've ever seen for a septic company. He packed down the dirt gently until it was completely level ready for grass seed and was very careful to not tear up the rest of our yard as a different company did at another home. He swept the mud off the driveway and left no mess whatsoever. He truly cares and is a very hardworking young man who was raised in this business.

Picture this: A peaceful evening, a gentle rain falling, and me, cozied up with a hot cup of tea. But then--BAM! Mother Nature decided to turn up the dial from a gentle rain to a full-blown waterpark. The heavens opened, and my yard turned into a swamp. I thought, "Well, at least it's just rain!" *Spoiler alert*: It wasn't *just* rain. Suddenly, I hear the most disturbing sound--imagine a walrus emerging from the underworld and gargling a smoothie. Not only did they tame the angry, floating septic beast, but they pumped it out like they were siphoning gold. My yard went from an apocalyptic poop lagoon back to a respectable piece of real estate. They even made sure I wouldn't have to explain to my neighbors why my backyard looked like Shrek's jacuzzi. But the best part? Their attitude. These guys were cracking jokes the whole time! At one point, one of them said, "Don't worry, we've seen worse! Once, a tank was so full it had its own ZIP code." I knew I was in good hands. I told them it was not in my budget right now but the leak had to be fixed . Whilst removing the pipe that needed repairing, somehow they dropped something called a nipple into the water heater and NOW it HAD to be replaced.. I was in shock over the price.. the heater itself was $400..but the labor was $2000 ..after THEY damaged it!Thats $500 and hour!!! Once they began the work I had NO chance of comparing prices or getting quotes to compare so had no choice but to pay up! I have since then found out that I was overcharged by almost $1000...I asked that he refund me the difference but he did not seem interested so Im posting this review..do your research is all I can say.
