I thought they did a great job. The equipment that they installed was top quality and the plumbers who did the work were courteous, respectful of my home and knowledgeable. This year, I had a plumbing inspection by a third party who informed me that due to code, I needed an expansion tank for the heater. I called Mr. Rooter to inquire and they sent the original plumber to inspect. They agreed to install the tank at no cost to me other than for the tank and pipe, which I did not purchase the first time. They quickly identified the smell was a dry drain and had me pour water into it. They spent less than 5 minutes in my home. This cost me $190.00. - $120 for labor (???), $60 for the trip, and $10 for supplies. $190.00 for a plumber to be +2hrs late, spend 5 minutes in my house, and for me to put water down my drain. They didn't even take a tool out of their truck. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
