I called this company on a recent Mon morning for a pinhole water leak in the wall behind the…read morebathtub. A young-sounding female who answered the phone said they were backed up but could come on Fri. A baby was crying in the background. I'm guessing this wasn't an office phone. At this point I thought I could wait for their service as they show a 5* rating and it seemed to be a slow leak. But I then started seeing water on the floor, the tiles lifting up and having to put towels down to soak it up. By Thurs I began seeing water in a small closet behind the bathtub, had to empty it, more towels to soak up the water, molding and bottom of sheetrock wet, mold beginning to show. By mid-afternoon on Fri no one had shown up so I called again. The female again answered and said they had no record of me calling for service! (even though I had left all my info on Mon) Really? This is not an efficient nor fast service for any plumbing issues. Disgusted, I called two other companies who never answered the phone and had no voice mail! The third company answered promptly, was friendly and helpful, and sent an excellent plumber first thing the next morning who had the leak fixed in no time. 5*'s is not always true or dependable. I won't call this company again and would not recommend it to anyone else either.

Calling Southeastern Cooling ended up being a very smart choice. From the moment I began speaking with Adam on the phone, I was impressed by the level of courtesy and professionalism I experienced. I explained the problem and what sort of service we required. He managed to source the replacement ECM and schedule a tech to come out in just a matter of hours--same day. Gage, our technician, was prompt, courteous, professional, and quite humble--that's an often overlooked trait these days. He was able to get the ECM swapped out fairly easily and got our system back up and running. As someone with nearly 3 decades working with tech, I was, of course, carefully paying attention to his work--he managed to impress me a number of times with how carefully and thoroughly he handled the replacement process, even ensuring that the wiring was just as neat and tidy as how it was when he started working on the unit.
