Although I purchased soil to repair tracks where their equipment had to be towed from my yard four years ago after they cleaned the old tank, I decided to enlist them again because they seemed professional enough. After my home's 27 year old system became seemingly slow-draining, I opted to replace the septic tank and field lines for one with an improved baffle and filter. Mr Jones quoted a competitive price for this upgrade and delivered on it. (Being a robust enjoyer of leaf tobacco, perhaps the leaves clogged the old system. I've since bypassed using the country drains to dispose of the used product. I have a large yard). Other than breaking a small section of my personally hand-crafted walkway, and allowing the drain-out plug to protrude above ground without the confines of an access box, I am pleased with his team's work. He even used his fine backhoe to displace several yards of soil for me, from the front yard to the side. My septic was supposed to have a final inspection within days of me moving four hours to a new town, instead me and my family were homeless for over a month because this company took their sweet time coming to my property and completing the necessary steps to get a final inspection. Without the final inspection on the septic, we could not get a final inspection on the house, therefore we could not get lights nor could we get water. Every time I called in to speak with someone, they acted as if they had no clue who I was even though I had called multiple times before. The woman who was overseeing the work at my property was completely and utterly rude each time I spoke with her, and she hung up in my face three times. She then threatened to do it again because I was upset (understandably) with the lack of communication and service. I would not recommend this company if you actually want to work with a company that cares about their customers and knows how to communicate with them effectively. They over charge, take no responsibility for their screw ups, and blame their customers when they get upset. If I wasn't forced to use this company, I never would have given them my business.
