I have used services there several times with positive results. I will never return. Three weeks ago I had a procedure done that left me unable to eat in public because I have no control over my mouth and food kept falling out. Great way to spend Thanksgiving. I expected some numbness and loss of muscle control but this was beyond normal. I could not drink without putting the liquid in my mouth and then holding my mouth shut to keep liquid from leaking. When I smile with my mouth closed, I look like the joker. That is not the worst. When I returned yesterday, Amanda was rude, arrogant, dismissive, and did not offer any solution other than time. It will wear off was her only response. Then she proceeded to say that I had not spent that much money on it anyway. I wish I had read these reviews before I went. The exact horrible experience happened to me. I have never been treated so badly in my life! The receptionist and the dr behaved as though they were disgusted by my presence. I wanted so badly to leave but did not. The dr was demeaning and was focused on cost. It felt like a retail store. She acted like she had something to prove by citing endless facts about the procedure. As she hustled me out, I was asking questions about other procedures and was ignored. I drive from Elba, through Enterprise, to come to Plush to see Dr. Bell. Hands down, the most kind and knowledgeable of cosmetic fillers and injections. I have been going here for years, so I am surprised at some of these reviews. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews because I have never experienced ANY unprofessional or unpleasant service. I highly recommended their spa services as well as cosmetic procedures. Only Dr. Bell will do my injections. **I get Restylane in my lips and Dysport in my forehead. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect in all my life. This supposed "professional" insulted me time and again when I arrived for my appointment. (I was 10-12 minutes late, as I drove 40 miles to get to her office. I called the office to let them know of traffic issue. Dr. stated that "everyone drives from somewhere," so that's no excuse. She continued to make insulting comments as I tried to leave the office. I had small heels on, and she said with the same frowning face (in front of her staff) "Don't fall down, now." I've received services from her in the past, so imagine my shock at her behavior. My daughter went inside the office afterward to ask for a card, or her name. She told my 19 year old that if she did not get out right then she would have the police come!!!! My oh my!!! I realized that she is not a kind person, and if she projects herself as as such it is entirely an act. Oh yes, I forgot...she mocked me for saying I was getting married again. Her words, "So, your name is going to change again? Wow." By the way, I can tolerate just about anything, and usually assume a person is having a bad day. I would not recommend coming here by any means. The owner was extremely rude and hateful. I have never had such an awful experience in my life. Very unprofessional and immature. I understand if someone is having a bad day, but if you own a business you need to be able to keep your emotions under control and not lash out on your customers. Went in several weeks ago, on a Monday, with my daughter who wanted to try and get some nice makeup. A girl with glasses who works there did not seem interested at ALL and said she only had 15 mins to help me. (There were no other customers there and parking lot was empty. ) She said "what do you want me to help you with? Base, powder or blush? I only have time to help with one of these. My daughter was taken aback because she clearly did not want to help us with anything and my daughter is only 16 and wanted to get some nice makeup. We chose to look at some base and she slammed the colors down in front of us and told me to put the colors on my daughter's arm to "color match". I asked her to color match to my daughter's face because that's where She would be wearing it. It was clear she didn't want to help us at all. As a matter of fact it didn't look like she herself used the makeup and her attire of a t shirt and pants was quite unprofessional. I told her we had somewhere to be and we left there and went to Dillard's I have no desire to go back. She also didn't have any shoes on. Meanwhile, the woman at the front desk ( I think she was the office manager) was constantly on her cell phone in the back room talking to someone about her ex husband, not being able to pay her bills and some type of legal issue she has going on. This was so unprofessional and I will not go there or recommend this place to anyone. I would seriously doubt the owner of the business is aware of the issues going on in this business. read more

Very unprofessional doctor... started sending dirty texts to my husband a few days after my husband and I went in for botox. I am not surprised AT ALL about the texts that were sent, but I have to say the part about prostitution ring is completely false.. Also, this is not the first person who has been harassed by the owner/ doctor there. I witnessed another account when the client wanted money returned for a service they didn't recieve (due to a scheduling error by the doctor). When she didn't give up and leave, the doctor just pushed her out the front door. Cops came and all.. Stay away from this place. read more

My daughter went to this establishment for massage. Massage therapist was excellent. The owner however was berating and yelling at the receptionist in front of clients and me. When told that maybe she should do this in private so that everyone could not hear, she turned on me and proceeded to yell at me and ask me to leave her business. Very unprofessional behavior . Cannot believe anyone runs their business this way. Would not recommend this business to anyone. read more
