Absolutely love this nail salon. It's so beautiful and so clean. All members of the staff were so sweet and helpful to me. Took their time and made sure everything was perfect with me before moving on to the next thing. Nina did my acrylics and my toes, she was wonderful. This is one of the best sets i've ever gotten. I really want to give 5 stars but unable to do so. Great offering- nice pedicure, detailed, massage, clean. But.... We were early for appointment, but they took us into back room and set up. After soaking a bit, we were told we would have to dry off, move out to front room - it was every awkward. 1:45 min later we depart. It was a nice treatment but value lacking for $100 pedicure (no manicure, but includes tip). Little too steep to return. read more

Excellent! Service was exceptional. Wait time was zero! Daughter got acrylics put on and how beautiful they are. Not thick or clumpy. Cuticles are even nice. I got a pedicure which was very relaxing and toes painted beautifully. Carefully took their time. Was offered drinks and a fruit snack. Clean facility and very soothing environment. This place gave me toe fungus (I have never ever had toe fungus). I went back a couple days after my toe nail fell off to inform the manager and she basically called me a liar. I do not recommend this place at all. It's really disappointing because I live in Wofo, and was really excited to give this place a try. Jessie did my pedicure, I got the Spoil Me, and the massage was absolutely amazing. She made sure everything was at a good temp for me. She was great. My feet and legs feel great. Allie did my nails. Full set over my natural nails. She was very fast but at the same time very precise and clean. They have a drink menu, give customer egg rolls (I didn't try them because I just ate but everyone else there loved them) they do massages after your service. I will definitely be back. read more

I love this place. I booked an appointment online for the Woodforest location. When I arrived it discovered that my appointment should have been at The Woodlands location. The receptionist was top notch and got me in anyway! I had a wonderful French manicures. But the pedicure was simply outstanding. Moon was my pedicurist and I will return to her again! I don't normally complain about nail salons but I felt like the experience was something that needs to be shared. First of all the place is very clean and beautiful and they do have a nice drink menu. The issue for me came to the ladies taking care of me and my sister. We usually do gel nails and they became very upset with us when we were confused what shellac was and then proceeded to do dip power on my nails anyways when I tried to explain I wanted gel. They were rude to my sister and she didn't know what to do so she just said yes to whatever they said to her and she ended up getting pressured to get her eyebrows waxed where they ripped off MULTIPLE layers of her skin even to draw some blood. I was trying to go for a multicolor nail set and they ended up not helping me with the colors so they ended up not matching at all and look very tacky. I feel bad giving a bad review but me and my sister will definitely not be going back to the place. read more
