I went in for a cut and color just a simple trim and I also wanted some new fun color and so I went with a rose gold balayage, which I also know if a challenging color to do, however the color that I received was neither rose nor gold, it was purple. Yes my hair was straight up purple. The stylists who did my hair did not seem educated on coloring and had to keep asking for help, which is when I knew I was in bad hands. I never did complain as I knew that color will fade out fast when washed with hot water. I never went back. I also noticed that my hair trim was a bit uneven. Have not gone back and never will.

I've only been here a handful of times over the past couple of years, but a couple months ago I…read moredecided to try gel nails. I've been going every couple weeks now. I usually receive good service, but I did have one week where an older woman did my nails, and I wasn't thrilled. I thought she filed my nails unevenly. The last time I was there, one guy started to remove my gel polish...then asked me to move over a chair, and he started with a new client. I waited over 15 minutes before another guy came to finish my manicure. I didn't say anything because I was wanting to see why they made me wait, how they handled my lengthy wait, etc. I m guessing an appointment came in, and they bumped me for her. Fortunately I was able to wait it out. But I - and most others - don't appreciate being pushed aside; it's poor service to start with a client if you know you have another coming in shortly. I guess I'll see if I have any more service issues and need to look elsewhere. As for the manicure itself, everyone has done a beautiful job (excluding what I noted above). I usually ask for a leopard print mail on each hand, and it always looks great!
