I cannot believe they would treat their old clients this way. The owner said, she didn't care about what I had to say and she'd only support the people that work for her and take their word over any customer. Long story short they've blocked me from services there bcos a nail tech was uncomfortable working with me. She wouldn't tell me the reason for it and was very abrupt in her mannerism. I usually receive good service, but I did have one week where an older woman did my nails, and I wasn't thrilled. I thought she filed my nails unevenly. The last time I was there, one guy started to remove my gel polish...then asked me to move over a chair, and he started with a new client. I waited over 15 minutes before another guy came to finish my manicure. I didn't say anything because I was wanting to see why they made me wait, how they handled my lengthy wait, etc. I m guessing an appointment came in, and they bumped me for her. Fortunately I was able to wait it out. But I - and most others - don't appreciate being pushed aside; it's poor service to start with a client if you know you have another coming in shortly. I guess I'll see if I have any more service issues and need to look elsewhere. As for the manicure itself, everyone has done a beautiful job (excluding what I noted above). I usually ask for a leopard print mail on each hand, and it always looks great!
