    I can't say enough good things about this dental practice…read more I don't have dental insurance and am a cash-pay patient, and I originally came in for an emergency appointment. From the very beginning, they were kind, thorough, and never once made me feel pressured. They took full X-rays, explained everything clearly, and walked me through a treatment plan -- but at no point did they make me feel like I had to book anything or feel bad about how much work I needed or how anxious I was. After reviewing the treatment plan at home, I booked a filling appointment, which went great. The dental hygienists and dentist were efficient, gentle, and genuinely kind. Because of that experience, I felt comfortable enough to schedule my next appointment for three extractions (which I was understandably very nervous about). The day of the extractions, the dental hygienist checked on me constantly, and the dentist worked so quickly and smoothly that when he finished, I honestly asked if all three teeth were already out -- it was that easy. The front office staff also deserves a huge shout-out. They are incredibly kind and patient, especially with my anxiety (I'm sure I've made a few nervous phone calls), and they've never once made me feel rushed or judged. This practice truly makes you feel safe, respected, and supported. They don't make you feel ashamed that life happened -- they help you move forward without judgment. I'm continuing my care here and already have my next appointment scheduled. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone, especially those with dental anxiety or without insurance

It felt like patient care was not prioritized equally, and that appointments were shifted to accommodate higher-paying procedures or patients. Additionally, the office states that they accept my insurance, yet I was still required to pay out of pocket due to their claim that they "have not had the best luck with payment" from that provider. Despite this, they continue to advertise that they accept this insurance and take on new patients under that plan, which feels misleading. Reliable scheduling and transparency in billing are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, this office did not meet those expectations.

The staff is super friendly , kind and patient. Brie was the hygienist and she awesome with my daughter .Super patient, kind and sweet and i truly appreciated that . The dentist was awesome at explaining and being straight forward with what was needed. I've taken her and also myself to another dentist in Maricopa and wasn't a fan at all . But this place was awesome and will continue to come here!-- prices are also not as much as other dentist in Maricopa! :)

I specifically scheduled my daughter's filling appointment to maximize treatment before our insurance expires at the end of the month, and I clearly communicated this when booking. The front desk even confirmed these notes were documented. However, during the appointment, the doctor had not reviewed the notes or expectations beforehand, and we were later told there were anesthesia limitations that were never explained to me in advance. Despite having additional scheduled time available, treatment ended early and staff immediately began discussing pushing the remaining fillings into next month after my insurance expires. What frustrated me most was the lack of accountability, communication, and empathy. Instead of acknowledging the office's failure to review notes or communicate limitations properly, I was made to feel like I was the problem simply for expressing concern about my daughter's care and financial situation. Patients deserve clear communication, proper preparation, and respect -- especially when insurance deadlines and treatment planning are involved.
