She asked me about insurance information and she told that I can come in next day . when I came on next day, on Saturday the receptionist and nurse practitioner, Aaron rejected to help me initially because they "don't have a surgical supply", and later when I told that I would bring surgical supply and and I have all discharge paperwork where it was indicated that could do it by myself, but because it's on the head, I could not do it. The nurse practitioner Aaron was not very compassion and he told that without order from the surgeon, he cannot change a dressing. As a physician by myself I would consider such behavior of medical staff and unprofessional. I told them that just yesterday I had similar services in another urgent care without any problems. They told me go back to them. I am planning to contact with is a board of medical examiners of state of New Jersey with a complaint for such treatment me as a patient.

I am very surprised to see negative reviews of the Pediatric Center. From day one at the free baby…read moreclass, I have been greeted by nothing but knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have been going there for the last 9 years, and they have always been there for us. During Covid when other pediatricians offices were sending their patients to CVS and urgent care centers, the Ped Center was open, standing out in the cold to see all the children AND their families. They are there whenever I have needed them, and I have been there on almost every holiday. I have never been told no, or there is no time for my child. I was hugged and supported as my son was taken out of the office via ambulance at one of our worst moments. Romelia, the nurse practitioner called to check on me in the following days, which is rare these days. Nurse practitioner Clare McKegney has never judged or laughed at any silly questions I have. Dr Moskowitz spent many visits explaining how best to help my child, helping him to avoid the hospital, and ensuring we are making the best choices for him. I know a lot of the staff by name, and they are always kind and caring. Dr Chin, Dr Visci have always been so helpful and caring. They speak to the child, and not just the parents. My sons love all of the drs!

I really have mixed reviews…read more My first visit was great. Prompt attention. Spent time with me and educated professional. This time around I went for pink eye. I was the only one in the office and brought back immediately. The technician took my vitals and I thought I would be in and out! I hear someone loudly talking outside the room about their weekend plans and their wife and kids. 20 minutes go by and I open the door to ask the technician if the doctor will see me soon and she pointed to the guy on the phone who even made eye contact with me and she said "when he is done with his calll". He made me wait an additional 10 minutes while he wrapped up sharing his stories. He came in looked at me and said I will call you in drops. Needless to say he never did and I had to follow up. I can take waiting and even following up for prescription but the inconsideration and power move he pulled on me is unprofessional and rude.

I called them, they sent a message to confirm the appointment and a phone call. Three opportunities to mention the move. Got to the right office and didn't leave until 1:40. So an hour and a half for a flu shot that took at most 5 minutes. Do you need to space out the appointments? Hire more doctors? Take on less patients? I don't know about other people but after over 2 years with appointments like these I'm ready to start looking for a new office. Adding insult to injury, having waited so long at the doctor's office my guy has missed his nap window. So thanks for wasting my time, robbing me of any down time to get anything done and having a cranky toddler for the rest of the day.

The front desk I barely have to speak to so I can't say much. The MAs I only really had one assist me every time we went and she was super friendly. My son usually goes to the florham park office, but we had to resort to west orange once or twice. Now my issue is I called numerous times and asked about my son vaccination record (he was only 2.5 months old) so there was only 3 things on this record. Unfortunately the office is too far for me (40 mins) my son got an ear infection and I had to make an appt close to home. Now after his first appt I was told he needed his immunization records in order to be seen again by the new office near home. When I called florham park to retrieve these I was told "30 days you can pick it up" WHAT?!!!! I wasn't asking for medical records and I was going back and forth numerous times and different days... I gave up, bc as a new mom I'm exhausted and didn't have it in me to argue. ( I also emailed the office as suggested and at this point I wanted all records bc I was done with this facility and lack of common sense) So fast forward to two weeks later, I had to last min get my son in to do a quick covid test ( as I couldn't be seen near home bc I still wasn't able to retrieve his records). Once I got in I made sure to get his immunization rec., and once our appt was done I was told 24 hours for results to be in. I waited over 24 hours and finally called...the lady at the front desk told me their backed up on test.... Which made no sense but okay so she said to call in a day, well I gave them two days now at this point it's 5 days LATER I spoke to someone at 9am and they told me an on call doctor will call with my 2.5 month old sons results ( as covid result aren't important I guess) and guess what?.... NO CALL! So, aggravated as I was I called again and left a voicemail and I'm sure you can guess it again.... NO CALL BACK.... EVER! Now it's a week and a few days later I called, the front desk answered and literally gave me his results... it was THAT SIMPLE. Now I get an email 3 weeks later about medical records saying "it'll be ready in two weeks" well now it's over the legal 30 day period and clearly over the two weeks I was promised. My son is now 4 months what is so hard about printing or sending a few notes on his visits when he hasn't even been here more than 4/5 visits??? All this did was put me back on being able to treat my son as needed medically, very unprofessional as a medical office for children. Not sure what the excuse is holding medical records for longer than necessary I would never make my patients wait the 30 day period. That is totally absurd and so rude! I do work in medical and manage a super busy office so the way this office is handling specific/simple task is mind boggling. I will be calling back and giving a piece of my mind as they totally violated my rights to medical records and as the state of NJ it's a 30 day wait period.. which they're aware, but clearly can't manage that time correctly. This office seems very slow paced every time I've been here so I'm not sure what the issue is with helping patients out with simple things as this.

It would've been nice if they would have warned me that the pharmacy was closing in a few minutes... guess that's not in their system. Visit was efficient and now that we did the paperwork, will be back here anytime we need to do some simple tests for flu or strep or covid. Granted they have had some turnover, but every one of the doctors has been excellent-Dr Chait, Dr Antony, Dr Craig all thorough, caring people. They will schedule you with specific doctors if requested otherwise they try to give you first available. Sick visits are a breeze. Just call and they get you in. highly competent doctors.
