Same with all the other local shops in the area. As a last resort and out of desperation, I called here. They explained to me the limitations of their abilities, given the fact that I own a Dodge and they are a Chevy dealer but still looked at my car almost immediately. They were able to put a band-aid on the situation so I could get it home and have it repaired properly. I am grateful that they even took the time to look at my car when nobody else would and even more grateful that they were able to temporarily fix it so I could get my family home safely!

When they changed the engine air filter they left off one of the cover screws. Then they changed the cabin filter and broke the glove box slow open mechanism. I had damaged my radiator and was stuck at a state camp ground until I could get the vehicle back on the road. Ben was the one who offered to pick up the radiator at another dealer in Grand Rapids and was kind enough to deliver it to them. and all this, happened by noon on Monday. Because of Ben's help, I was back on the road by Monday afternoon and back home in suburban Detroit, that night. Back to the hundred things that await a family after a vacation like this.
