I am of middle eastern descent and I naturally have a lot of hair, her wax is strong and removes all of my thick stubborn hair. I never have breakouts or any side effects from her waxing at all since I've been coming in to her. Her shop is always clean and cozy and feels very homey too. I really enjoy coming to Sarah for my waxes and I know you will to. She practices great cleanliness and sanitizes everything she uses which is a really big thing for me. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we ended up sitting and waiting for about 25 minutes. To make things worse, another customer walked in and was told they were next, as if my appointment and wait time didn't matter. At that point, we felt completely disregarded and decided to leave. It was very unprofessional and disappointing.
