I've been seeing Ava for a bit and she never disappoints! I started seeing Ava after I had a bad experience with my previous lash girl (not at lashpop). Before, my eyes would be bloodshot and swollen for day after and the lashes were way too long for my eyes. When I first went to Ava, she knew just want I was looking for after sharing 1-2 inspo picks. What's nice too is that, I was able to have my appointment as a fill rather than needing to get my lashes removed. After just one hour, I was done! I paid through Venmo which gives me the option to tip (always do because Ava is that girl) and I was able to make future appointments with her via Vagaro. If something comes up too, I'm able to quickly text Ava. I see her weekly for a mini hybrid fill which is $50 and it takes less than an hour. She's sweet, quick, and makes you feel comfortable. I've definitely snoozed practically every application and I'm sure she's heard me snoring‍. Not only is Ava amazing at what she does, this place is very aesthetically pleasing and easily accessible. There's always parking out front too! In the lobby area, there's things to purchase like tshirts, candles, and cute sunnys. Lash pop is great .. I go to Haley off the rec of a friend after several lash disasters and I was not disappointed. She heard me out without judgement, listened to my needs and wants, discussed them with me, gave me her professional opinion, and then got to work. She's very thorough, made sure I was comfortable the whole time and made adjustments when my sensitive eyes had a bit of burning. They looked great, though I think I am still not 100% landed on my signature lash look so I will work with her on that at my next appointment, but the quality of service is great. Yesterday was my first visit to LashPop after 3+ years of not having extensions. After having my daughter almost 3 years ago I put all the fun beauty routines on the backburner, but with a friend's wedding upcoming and the deep desire to begin rededicating time to self-care, I bit the bullet and booked an appointment. For the day/time slot I was looking for, there were a couple of options but I chose Ashley based on some glowing reviews I'd read. Upon arrival I was immediately smitten with the space (which I learned they had JUST moved into), which is like a bohemian dream. Walls in contrasting blush pink and floral wallpaper, sweet floral arrangements scattered throughout the space, full length gold-trimmed mirrors and burning candles that make it smell like you just walked into Anthropologie. Ashley came up to the lobby and grabbed me right on time and led me back to her space which was cozy and bright. On the ceiling is a skylight that fills up the entire shop with natural light. We had a brief consult where I pulled up some old photos to share what I liked/didn't like and Ashley came up with a game plan to achieve my goal lashes. Her demeanor was sweet and gentle, and we had an effortless chat while she worked, but even the silences were comfortable. I genuinely appreciate when I don't have to feel obligated to talk and talk, as sometimes appointments are the only time I get quiet time to myself! Once my lashes were all finished I had to dash out to another appointment so I didn't get a chance to have a good look at them before leaving but now that it is the day after I can confidently say Ashley is amazing at what she does! My husband even came home from work, took one look at them and said, "Wow, I think those are the best lashes I've ever seen you get!" Needless to say, I'm already hooked. Ashley texted me all of the aftercare instructions and encouraged me to reach out should I need any tweaks but I am truly beyond satisfied with the job she did. Ahhh LashPop is the best! Maddie is absolutely incredible at lashes and is my go-to. Emily, the owner is also great and the other girls are also amazing for other services like brows! I get stopped on the regular about my lashes because they look so incredible but natural - I can't thank Maddie enough! I think I haven't written this review for so long because I'm scared she'll eventually get too busy since she's so talented - kidding but kind of not I used to get my lashes done in the Bay Area and had a love/hate. I loved the way they looked but got anxious every time I got them done due to occasional pain. I don't know how she does it but I've literally never felt pain when Maddie does my lashes and I think I've been going for at least a year. The experience is flawless start to finish and it truly feels relaxing and spa-like to go every few weeks. The women here are all talented and I look forward to my regular appts (which is big for someone who doesn't LOVE regular beauty maintenance.) Emily has done an amazing job bringing a great group of women together and the space itself is so gorgeous.
