She cancelled my appointment even when I was in the waiting room while she finished someone. She rescheduled 8 times. This went on for 6 months. Bad Experience; poor customer service. I had microblading on my eyebrows as well as eyeliner…read moretattooing. 2 a.m. the following day I woke up with goopy eyes, swelling and excruciating pain. I was unable to see out of my right eye and only able to read the first to lines of an eye chart from my left, in Immediate Care. Antibiotics given for scratched cornea (both eyes). Her response 7 DAYS LATER via text indicates it was a "reaction" and reminded me of the consent form I signed. I told her that a consent does not protect her for liability or responsibility. She feels there was no neglect on her part. Certainly, allowing ink to run in my eyes is, as far as I'm concerned, is neglect. I requested a partial refund to help cover cost of lost work, medical visits and medication, of which she has refused. Of note, I was fully prepared to take her to arbitration until I found out there is a $600 filing fee. My guess is she's aware of this and standing her ground. Of note, I'm very pleased with the final outcome but have no intentions of ever returning. Buyer beware.

My 20 year old daughter came here yesterday, 6/28/2022 wanting to get her lip re-pierced and did…read morehowever, the person named Sean, that re-pierced her lip did so slightly above the the first hole which in turn, caused the hole to become longer and larger. We took pictures of the hole and went back to committed ink to ask Sean why the hole was now longer and bigger but he insisted that he pierced the same hole. In the picture you can clearly see that the hole is in fact, larger and longer than than the original hole which means that if he had actually re-pierced the same hole there would be no rip like trauma to the area. When we asked for a refund since the job was not done correctly, we were then told that she had signed a disclaimer. However, she had in fact NOT signed any form therefore, legal action will be taken accordingly. Very unprofessional.
