My 20 year old daughter came here yesterday, 6/28/2022 wanting to get her lip re-pierced and did…read morehowever, the person named Sean, that re-pierced her lip did so slightly above the the first hole which in turn, caused the hole to become longer and larger. We took pictures of the hole and went back to committed ink to ask Sean why the hole was now longer and bigger but he insisted that he pierced the same hole. In the picture you can clearly see that the hole is in fact, larger and longer than than the original hole which means that if he had actually re-pierced the same hole there would be no rip like trauma to the area. When we asked for a refund since the job was not done correctly, we were then told that she had signed a disclaimer. However, she had in fact NOT signed any form therefore, legal action will be taken accordingly. Very unprofessional.

Today I walked in for a tattoo and a piercing. I knew exactly what I wanted and Korynn had the stencil ready for me within minutes. While I waited I had Melinda pierce my daith. Quick, easy, comfortable, with minimal pain. I love it and she was so funny and made the whole experience so enjoyable. From the second Korynn called me to the back it took about 10 minutes to do my tattoo. She was very efficient and very sweet. It was my first tattoo and I felt like she was very light handed and gentle. She then explained very nicely the aftercare procedures and what to expect.
