I had specifically requested deep tissue and explained that I prefer techniques such as walking on the back, but this was only done very briefly and then switched to very light pressure with hands, which did not meet my expectations. I requested a different therapist, but when the new therapist arrived, her name Sunny and her attitude felt unwelcoming and lacked a sense of service.
