I got a lash lift and tint recently with Chinh. I was delighted with the result! She gave me back lashes, and I was in love with how the looked. Bonus, she also used brown lash dye which is a game changer. I am fair skinned and my lashes are really fair, most places only have blue/black dye which I don't mind but they don't look natural. Chinh had brown dye and fully supported me requesting she use it. Believe it or not, I have been to places before that would not use brown dye on my lashes. I was super eager to try lash extensions and Chinh was kind enough to do a trial test of a few lashes with me. They looked amazing, but we both agreed that the lash lift would be the better fit for what I needed. However, I want to go back next week to get some lash extensions lol. The whole process too less than an hour and a half. I parked in the TJ Maxx/TJ lot as they have 90 min free parking. My advice is if you call Chinh and don't get an answer, keep calling and following up. She is a busy woman, but will answer eventually. read more

Chinh responded fast with detailed lash lift service information and instructions for day of appointment. She was very welcoming, guided me through each step of the process. She's very friendly, efficient and professional. Her studio is very clean, super cute, and had good music playing. She gave me after care instructions and answered my questions about a lash product that I use. Her work speaks in volume, she definitely knows her technique and you can see it in the picture! OMG. GIRLS. Ok first I'm super picky when it comes to eyelash extensions because with Asian eyes I feel like it's a fine line between them looking cute on me vs......looking way more Asian than I wanna look BUT OK FIRST not only did Chinh do an AMAZING job and I'm in LOVE with how my eyelashes came out looking, but the QUALITYYYY - I got my eyelashes done for my honeymoon and not only have I put them through pool water, but torrential rain and crazy wind (was NOT planned) and sea water, and my eyelashes still look AMAZING and so full. Granted it's been a little over a week but still my eyelash extensions went through so much These photos are after we just came back from some insane weather and I dried them with a mini fan and had washed them but truly I'm so thankful to Chinh and will definitely be going back to her for filler sessions! read more

A friend of mine told me about getting a Lash Lift. One time I did extension and realized that it's not for me due to the upkeep. So I did a Yelp search for Lash Lift and Found Lashes and Brows by Chinh with all the wonderful reviews. I called Chinh and was able to get seen on New Years eve!! Yes, Chinh was able to fit me in before a major holiday. It was nice to start my New Year with beautiful lashes!!! When I met Chinh, she's the sweetest person anyone would want as their best friend. My lashes are short, straight and points down. After an hour with Chinh, my lashes opened up my eyes and I was amazed that I actually have some decent eyelashes! Late last year I looked into getting a lash lift after I started developing an allergic reaction to the eyelash extension glue. After a bit of research and IG stalking a few different technicians, I found Chinh and requested an appointment. Her response time was quick and she offered a few different times to accommodate my schedule. I was a bit worried since I had barely any eyelashes left but she was able to work with what I had and they came out great! So pretty- the lashes curled well and I would never have been able to get them so curled with just a regular eyelash curler. As soon as COVID restrictions were lifted I made another appointment. Her studio is (and always has been) clean and the building is complying with social distancing rules. My lashes were longer this time around so she had more to work with. Again, I'm super happy with the results and no longer bummed about not being able to get extensions. The lash lift is virtually no maintenance and lasts months and the curl you get is way better than any eyelash curler out there. read more

I couldn't wait for my appt and as soon as it was done I couldn't wait to tell yelp how awesome Chinh is!! She is in a private room upstairs inside Phoenix Salon on Yolonda. The before and after pic speaks for itself. She was so friendly and sweet. I was immediately put at ease. She gave me some options and I got the classic to start and we can adjust from there going forward ( 2 week fills). Before I left she walked me thru how to care for my lashes and gave me a lash brush and a lipgloss brush for maintenance. I'm hooked. read more

Chinh is extremely unprofessional. Her work is inconsistent, depending on her mood or her level of personal distraction. She consistently showed up 15-30 minutes late to almost every one of my appointments, and I was her first customer of the day. She told an obvious mistruth about it every time. On one occasion, at the holidays, she showed up 30 minutes late and when she let me in she abruptly handed me a gift bag and said "I got you a present". Later after I left I looked at the package, and the tag on it was "To: Chinh", from one of her customers. She on-the-spot re-gifted, didn't have time to remove the tag, and tried to pass it off on me. She talked on and on about her personal business and her love life during my paid session. She operates out of a space that's sized for one table, yet she's squeezed in her cousin Judy working at another table in the small room. You have to listen to Chinh, her cousin and her cousin's clients all talking together during your paid session. I'm loyal to a fault! I tried to be patient with her because of the pandemic, but I finally realized she was just taking advantage. I see she's had many great reviews (though now most are for her cousin Judy). She told me she has a very large family with 14 cousins and many children of her cousins. I wonder .......... read more

Chinh is awesome and definitely knows her craft. The lash lift: I tried lash lift for the first time by Chinh and I absolutely love it! I have the typical thin asian lashes, but with lash lift it looks fuller and thicker, so my eyes opened up. The procedure took over an hour but it was very relaxing. I personally prefer lash lift over extension because it's less maintenance and it's actually my natural lashes but just look better. I heard it lasts 4-8 weeks....but I'll find out. Oh by the way, my lashes look better day after day..It's been almost a week now. The eyebrow shaping: Ooooh! I've never loved my eyebrows until after Chinh great fabulous job shaping it, definitely made a difference. I'll definitely come back to Chinh and let her do her magic on my lashes and brows. I started going to Chinh several months ago for lash extensions and my own lashes have recovered and started growing back with Chinh's careful treatment. I've had lash extensions for many years. In my past experience I've had to take a 6 month break to let my own lashes grow back because whatever the other estheticians were doing was causing my lashes to stop growing. Chinh works gently and quickly without ever pulling or breaking your real lashes. Her cousin Judy is also does a phenomenal job. I'm so happy I found this business. Both Chinh and Judy are happy and pleasant to see every week. They are reasonably priced and do exceptional work. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I got a lash lift done 3 weeks ago, and it still looks like I got it done yesterday. I am an Asian with long, stick straight eyelashes. After trying extensions a couple times, I realized it wasn't for me. Since I already had a lot of lashes, classic/hybrid extensions made my lashes way to thick and heavy. So I decided to try the lift out and see what my natural lashes were capable of! Chinh was super chill and easy to get along with. The bed was comfortable and I definitely fell asleep. When my meter was about to expire, Chinh went down to look for my car and put some of her own coins in for me! So sweet of her! For $110 + tip, I got a great experience and so far, have been so incredibly happy with the results. They are supposed to last a total of 8-12 weeks and at this rate, I believe it! Thanks Chinh! Girls I am in love! I got my lashes done for the first time 3 weeks ago and I don't think they are ever coming off. That being said Im so grateful Judy was the one to do it for me. She is super gentle and open to communicating with you. Throughout the hour - hour and a half it takes to do a classic set she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed and even talked to me when I was bored. When she handed me the mirror I was STUNNED. Chinh is amazing. This was my first time getting extensions. I did not know what to expect, but Chinh explained how they work. She was very gentle and took her time. My eyelashes look amazing. I always thought my eyelashes were crap, but I learned that I actually have alot of lashes. They're just straight and don't stay curled throughout the day. Chinh made them even more beautiful and took her time in making sure the application was correct. I asked her for lashes that looked more natural. I loved not having to wear mascara on my special day, I knew that there would be many happy tears! Chinh also waxed my eyebrows (first time too, I usually thread when I do get my eyebrows done). I came to see Judy here after a friend recommendation. When I arrived another technician opened the door rudely, confused by who I was and why I was there. Judy arrived late to session. The space was extremely small and unsanitary. There was an old dirty blanket on the bed I was asked to lay on. After a quick hour of applying lashes I was "done". That day I drove home and realized there was a huge gap of missing lashes on one of my eyes, Judy shared it was the "shape" of my natural lashes. Two days in and half of my lashes had fallen out. When I shared I would like a refund she suggested "the work was already done and I should go somewhere else". Do not come unless you want your lashes to fall out in 48 hours with NO refund or empathy! read more

I saw her reviews on here and then found her IG and saw more of her work. She was super easy to contact via IG and she saw me the same day a few hours later. I got a lash lift from her. Her price was $110 bucks but she did a great job so worth every penny. Her studio was nice, clean and easy to find. Parking next door was free so no issue there. She was really friendly and the whole process was smooth for me. Will definitely be coming back to her for sureeeeeeee. read more

I have always thought about having fuller lashes with lash extensions and upon my consultation Chinh suggested I do a lash perm because I had full lashes already. I cannot be more THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS. I was a little weary about someone working so close to my eyes but she made me feel comfortable and safe, I was iffy about the process. But I survived lol. And the only two conditions after the appointment was: Do not get your lashes wet and do not sleep on your face for 24hrs. I did just that and was most pleased when I did shower, my lashes were Completely lifted. Trust the process and know your appointment will take a little while but it's because it's in the details. I'd never had anything done to my lashes before going to Chinh for a tint and lift. I could hardly see my lashes anymore. It took about an hour and was pretty relaxing--you just lay there. When she handed me the mirror I was pleasantly surprised. It was even better than I expected! My husband asked what I had done (in a good way) and actually agreed that it was worth it. I waited until a few months had passed to do my review because I wanted to see how long it lasted. My lashes are still curled but the tint is starting to fade so I'm going back to do it again. I really liked Chinh since my first appointment. I needed a new lash girl closer to my home and thankfully she's just down the street. Although she is a little more expensive than my previous one, it is 100% worth the extra bucks-- you get what you pay for. And wow girls... my lashes look so good! I've gotten compliments on my lashes before, but not as many as I did after walking out of her studio. At my previous lash place, I would get eye irritation after the 2 week period where the lashes would separate at the root, making the ends poke my lash line. Super uncomfortable. But I have not had this problem with Chinh. Very satisfied with her and her work. I will be coming back again and again! If it's your first time or you're scouting your next lash girl-- just do yourself a favor and go to her. It will be worth it, I promise! read more

I came here because one of my friends highly recommended Chinh, and I was not disappointed. I went in for a lash lift, and it has been about a week and they are still curled and perfect! She also did a henna brow on me and I loved the shape. The entire experience was soothing and I felt very comfortable with her near my eyes. I just had my first session with Chinh and I cannot rave more about my experience! Chinh is amazing at what she does! She has true skill in her dexterity skills as she applied the volume lash extensions on me! I love a great thick and dramatic lash and that's exactly what I got! Being a nurse, you don't want to be applying lashes or makeup in the morning before a 12 hour shift! With Chinh's lashes, I honestly look like I'm wearing makeup without wearing any! I did the Lash Lift with Chinh a few days ago and I love it so much! This is my 2nd lift, first one was somewhere else, and I have to say it's so much more dramatic and beautiful. I love how Chinh took her time and was very detailed. Even when were almost finished she still taped them down to make sure the curl took effect. I hope it lasts the full 6-8 weeks, but even so I know I will be coming back here. Thanks Chinh! read more

I've been getting my brows waxed by Ronnie for a few months. At my last appointment when I arrived…read moreat the salon only one car was in the parking lot, I asked if she was the only one working and she said a few other girls were there. I never saw another person in the salon, that's not to say they definitely weren't there but had I known the salon was normally closed on Sundays I would have scheduled another day. The appointment was available on her scheduler like any normal appointment. Conversation also seemed in my opinion inappropriate and unprofessional. During my first few brow sessions with Ronnie my brows turned out great. I prefer fuller brows which was what I got the first few times. She normally leaves the center of the brow full and I've discussed how that's important to me. This time she waxed all the way to the center of the brow. To me it seems like she took off more than she has before. She's also filled them in at each of my previous appointments, but she didn't this time. I drive pretty far for this appointment and pay more than double what my previous brow artist charged for peace of mind that my brows would turn out well. Because Ronnie specializes in thicker brows I expected to have consistency with how my brows were waxed. Unfortunately, that's not what I got so I'll be looking for a new brow artist.

I walked in and the girl at the reception desk looked up at me then back down at her phone. No greeting. Nothing. Finally I said "hi I'm Sarah, I have an appointment" and she pointed to a chair indicating I should sit and wait. A few minutes later another lady comes and tells me to sit in a different seat. She didn't introduce herself or ask me any questions. She started aggressively combing my brows and I basically was like "hi, I think you're threading first? please keep my brows as full as possible." She nodded then proceeded to thread off basically my entire eyebrows. Without a word, she then applied a solution to my brows and walked away. Normally, at any type of beauty treatment, the person explains what they are doing eg "ok I'm applying this keratin solution which will stay on for X minutes" -- no. There was nothing. I had no idea what was happening. Eventually the lady stopped touching my face and announced we were done. She gave me a spoolie. I looked in the mirror and was shocked. My brows were threaded into oblivion with an unnatural arch. Nothing else about them was different. Now almost four weeks later my brows are still patchy and look terrible. I paid $90 for the worst threading job of my life and an hour of OFF vibes.
