After speaking with representatives for the company, our loan officer was assured we would be refunded our money. We were not. Being a first time home buyer, this process was completely new to us. I then had a call with Bob Naegele and Bogdana Alba, who wanted to get an understanding of the business and our requirements to make sure they could be of assistance. Upon arrival at the branch, I was greeted by Ven who was just as nice in person as on the phone.
