The payments vary due to a fluctuating interest rate. We were short $27 because of this and they trashed my credit rating by reporting a delinquency. I had not had a delinquency before. When I contacted them they said it was my fault for not sending the correct amount and refused to remove the delinquency from my report. Our loan will be paid off soon and we will never deal with them again.

Bus stop is located near doorway of ATM / bank entry, so that can be a point of concern for some when withdrawing large amounts of cash and having people to hang around the doorway.
