Yes, there is usually a bit of a wait, but that is not unexpected as we didn't make advance appointments. Today we were grateful to work with Ms. Yessica Gonzalez, who has helped us on other visits. She was as friendly and efficient as ever, taking care of a more complex matter and then transferring us to Mr. Marcky Giraldo. He was equally friendly, helpful and efficient, and we were finished much faster than I anticipated. We have been very impressed and happy with almost all aspects of this branch - most definitely 5-star, if not more.

And I was able to immediately verify/validate the transaction on the mobile app. We stayed in the waiting area for a bit, so plan out our next steps for our day.
