Teresa took great care of us and had us back on our way in no time at all. Getting something notarized and hoping for a decent charge for notary services is never a fun process but Teresa made it fun and yes.... FREE for members. We had originally went to a UPS store and it would have been $10 for each EACH signature. We had seven pages which would have been $70, Back to NFCU... Fairly standard Bank of America location. It's small - like really really small. I was able to quickly and easily make my cashier check deposit to my account by using my debit and pin card to authenticate myself. The only issue is the guy seemed a bit flustered and almost forgot to have me sign the back of my cashiers check and he didn't even check my ID for a pretty large deposit so that was off-putting. I was in and out very quickly all things considered and had no issues here. Everything was fast and easy. Cashiers were not especially friendly or talkative - but they were efficient. Still, I'd go to a larger and more updated branch for day to day banking if I had the option between two (there is another location just down the street in another strip mall). This one was very nondescript, tiny, and didn't look like any other Bank of America location I've seen... but I'm used to stand-alone buildings not strip mall locations. Either way - it worked!
