The man upfront was very rude and basically yelled at me to leave the office. The bus picks me up at 8:06am. I was forced to find a bush outback while in tears waiting the bus after the man opened the door and told me I'm not allowed to come into the office again. If that's how they treat a pregnant woman I don't want to know how they treat someone looking to access their services. If there is another edwrd Jones near by I suggest using it. I began dealing with Amy from this company on Wednesday, Dec. 16. I let her know that I wanted to…read moresell a house and buy one. I invested SEVERAL HOURS over the course of the next 24 hours emailing her details about my home, as well as sending her 22 recent professional photos of the home so that her company can save the expense of hiring another photographer. Her email from about 1 p.m. on Dec. 17 stated, "I'm almost finished with your CMA. Will send over as soon as it's complete." By Monday, Dec. 21, 4 days later, I had not heard from Amy, so I had to send her an email asking her what's going on. A few hours later she replied, "Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am not going to be able to assist you." WHAT? Why did I have to prompt her with an email in order for her to tell me this??? Why couldn't she have told me about the "unforeseen circumstances" when it occurred, instead of me being given the silent treatment for 4 days? This is unacceptable. Customer service, therefore is very poor. Not communicating with your customers in a timely manner is appalling. The thought of this company losing TWO sales, simply because they did not make their customer a priority in communications is shameful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ~ !
