I wish that were the case here at Sun State Federal. I have had 2 security issues since February 28, 2013. Twice someone has accessed my accounts and purchased things with my debit card without my knowledge and while I had full possession of my card. I haven't ever recovered the money stolen as of yet, with the latest identity theft being over 45 days. I filed a appeal on the 1 st division not to return my money. They by law had a limited time to respond and have not. Same as the investigation into this fraud. I was spoken to like I was the criminal and treated as such. I have never been so humiliated or embarrassed in my life. I couldn't leave my home or talk on the phone for 2 weeks. I still am waiting for this establishment to make me show again. I lost almost $1000.00 in all. This is not something I am willing to forget about. I am a senior citizen on limited income. I need to let people know how this credit union is doing and to be aware of identity theft and the hazards of it. People Don't want to help find the culprits and the laws are not up to date.
