I wish that were the case here at Sun State Federal. I have had 2 security issues since February 28, 2013. Twice someone has accessed my accounts and purchased things with my debit card without my knowledge and while I had full possession of my card. I haven't ever recovered the money stolen as of yet, with the latest identity theft being over 45 days. I filed a appeal on the 1 st division not to return my money. They by law had a limited time to respond and have not. Same as the investigation into this fraud. I was spoken to like I was the criminal and treated as such. I have never been so humiliated or embarrassed in my life. I couldn't leave my home or talk on the phone for 2 weeks. I still am waiting for this establishment to make me show again. I lost almost $1000.00 in all. This is not something I am willing to forget about. I am a senior citizen on limited income. I need to let people know how this credit union is doing and to be aware of identity theft and the hazards of it. People Don't want to help find the culprits and the laws are not up to date. They don't usually try to find them, because the law protects them. But yet we the victims suffer the damages and sometimes can never get our lives back.

I was in this PNC branch this past week and again like others the customer service was wonderful. This PNC branch has the software and the machine to make new and replacement PNC cards. This is so helpful! If your card gets lost, stolen, or just is old and you need a new one, this place can create you a new card in the matter of a few minutes. It is also nice that you can keep the same number as well. The staff and Bankers are always really friendly and help answer lots of questions! I went in to complete a business wire transfer and received an unprofessional attitude from the banker. I reported my concerns to the branch manager, but nothing was done. I asked several times, including calling the bank afterward, whether my wire transfer had gone through and was repeatedly told yes. I later discovered that the transfer was never completed, causing serious inconvenience and delays for my business. After more than 15 years as a customer, I expected much better service, accuracy, and accountability from PNC Bank. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in this branch.

Even after seeing I had been a member and after offering to pay a notary fee, employee refused. Definitely will not be reopening an account whether it is Seacoast or Drummond.
