Definitely an inviting exterior and the staff are professional and well-trained. I have been a long-time customer of Chase Bank. I began with Washington Mutual what I moved to Florida in 2001 and when Chase acquired Washington Mutual, I became a Chase customer. I would definitely recommend this Bank. That isn't the case, chase and this branch has done everything to make it such a long interactive experience inside. You can basically do what you need via machine even your business account and only have to speak with a teller to Deposit or cash big checks personal or business. This branch when I firs moved to PC , fixed the mishap the chase bank I originally got my business account at and mad it hassle free as it could be. I dont think I had one worry during the whole process. I just had to sit there for 30 mins while she was in back and forth phone calls and faxing papers back and forth with the originally branch.

Worst bank ever! These people do not know the meaning of customer service. My parents and I have…read morebanked with Bank of America for many years. My dad passed away and my mother has Alzheimer's and now lives with me in Seattle. When I moved her account to the Seattle branch I had to show them the original power of attorney and the death certificate for my dad to transfer the accounts. I flew down to Palm Coast to remove my mothers belongings from her safety deposit box. Even though their legal department has already approved the power of attorney they said they had to see the original again. I had it sent from Seattle which took a few days and brought it to the bank. Then they wanted to see the original death certificate. Would have been nice if they asked for that before. Since my mother can't remember what she did with the key the bank said they have to drill the box. I asked if they could schedule that the day the death certificate arrives so I don't have to wait another day in palm coast because the hotel bill is getting expensive and I'm missing work. They said no problem. The day fed ex was supposed to deliver the package I stopped by the bank to get the appointment to access the box. Now they tell me it will take 48 hours after they see the death certificate to set up the appointment. Unbelievable!!! Now it will cost me another 2 days at the hotel and 2 days of work. My mother had a box at Sun Trust Bank also. They knew my situation, were very accommodating and opened the box a week ago without charge. Bank of America wants $150 to open the box. My family will take our business elsewhere and If you want decent service I advise everyone else to do the same.

Stopped in to get some cash out of the ATM, I opted for the walk-up machine that I noticed at the…read morefront entrance while pulling into the lot, I did not notice a drive up ATM but that may also be available in the rear of the bank. I can't speak of the staff it was after 6:00 PM when I arrived so everyone had left for the day. This ATM seems to have some of the latest technology installed including the card reader that accepts your card flat wide end first verses the narrow end of the card position and a very nice HMI with all the security features you'd expect. Your previous and current account balances are shown on the receipt after your cash withdrawal. The buildings and ground appear to be well maintained and the are plenty of parking spaces available, there are also signs stating "no skate boarding" allowed in the parking lot.
