We were on contract and were left hanging by our bank. That is where Jim Martin comes in. Our real estate agent suggested we contact Jim and from the start, Jim had a can-do attitude and worked with use to get the loan we needed. We were in constant contact, and Jim was super responsive, even replying to email and text message after normal hours. He made it a point to give us rates daily as we were working to lock in a rate and pretty much held our hand throughout the process. It was a much better experience than what we received from our own bank and our only regret is that we wasted time with our bank and didn't go to Jim first.
