I am a veteran and was using my benefits to get a VA loan. The loan officer said that after reviewing my tax returns, they could no longer do the loan. I had asked this loan officer to review my tax returns prior to finding a house because I am self employed and I know that sometimes lenders get picky with self employed people. Well long story short, here it was a few weeks before closing and now suddenly there is a problem with how they are calculating my income! Apparently the loan officer either calculated my income incorrectly or did not know his own bank's rules. My accountant had given me Keith's name previously but I didn't call him at first because I had already applied with the other lender. I called him and explained the situation and I am glad I did. He was able to work up an approval based on the same income paperwork I gave the previous bank, he said it was because he has lenders that do not add their own stricter guidelines on top of the VA rules. They just follow the VA rules as they are written. I was also impressed about how he kept me in the loop as to how things were progressing. He was always available and answered all my questions. We were able to get the appraisal transferred from the other lender and all of the paperwork completed quickly. We ended up closing on time. He helped make a stressful situation less stressful. I would recommend Keith to anyone looking for a mortgage. I recommended one of my friends to call him recently.

He said he couldn't show us houses that entire day because he was taking his 2 dogs to a grooming appointment. We found our home through a different realtor in his office. Bobby made the offer and it was accepted. Here's where things take a turn. He said he took care of our earnest money going where it needed to go. He didn't. He told us he got permission from our seller so we could move in up to a couple days early. He didn't. We told him when our movers were coming and he was pushing to have the sellers do our walk through at the same time our movers would be moving our belongings out of the home. Everything was in writing via text messages. When the messages were copied back to him, he spun out of control. Messages became rude and unprofessional on his end. We didn't know how to respond to him. We decided to have another realtor from his company intervene. The mailed me two flash lights and charged me for two postage charges. A couple of weeks later they charged my account for $94.94 for the cost of the flash lights. This was done without authorization. I contacted their customer service at 855-915-1049 and they claimed that flash lights were sent for a trial and that since i kept the flash lights passed two weeks I am obligated to pay for it. I offered to return the flash lights back to them and it was declined and refused to return my money. Their email solicitation was deceptive and I need my money to my account.BJC

I have a good relationship manager whom I meet with from time to time on financial matters. That's really all I can say on the plus side. On the negative side they pay very little interest. They charge you ridiculous fees when you are cashing in on IRAs or their investment accounts. I'm not referring to premature cashing when I refer to these areas. I really feel one is entitled to all of their own money when the situation arises but they don't do that. Again, however, they come in handy when I do travel because with their help I am usually able to find a branch in another state. My real rating would be 2/1/2 stars but I normally round up.
