well if you've gotten money taken from your account due to fraud don't plan on seeing it for awhile…read more, not only that the fraud dep hardly has anyone that speaks clear English so don't plan on understanding their responses , this whole thing started a few months ago and they know it clearly fraud , they got back $325 of over $850 and said they would pay as different transactions got resolved , I haven't recieved another dime, they told me I would get some paperwork that I needed to fill out and get back within 10 days , I've received no paperwork and now the fraud dep says I need to take it up with my branch .
