Being a regional bank does have some drawbacks because we could have deposited while in another state when we had more time. But we made it, and made our deposits a day earlier than if we waited until the next day after we got home...and sometimes that is important. The teller was friendly and efficient and I walked back out to the car where my wife was waiting. The total time was under five minutes. They do have the usual drive thru's and ATM. I chose to go inside because I needed help with identification of one of our accounts and because I don't completely trust the transfer mechanism with cash!

well if you've gotten money taken from your account due to fraud don't plan on seeing it for awhile…read more, not only that the fraud dep hardly has anyone that speaks clear English so don't plan on understanding their responses , this whole thing started a few months ago and they know it clearly fraud , they got back $325 of over $850 and said they would pay as different transactions got resolved , I haven't recieved another dime, they told me I would get some paperwork that I needed to fill out and get back within 10 days , I've received no paperwork and now the fraud dep says I need to take it up with my branch . I'm not a happy customer at all right now !!!
