I would rather stay with MAX Credit Union than PNC Bank! You can never get anyone to answer the phone at the PNC Bank in Prattville!

First, I must commend ASE for opening an office in Prattville. It's much more convenient than…read moredriving to the Millbrook location. With that being said, I must express my thoughts regarding the office personnel at this. Christian, Molly, Rachel and Veronica are absolutely AWESOME...they are professional, courteous and always wiling to assist. I noticed on high volumes days when they are shorthanded dues to someone being at lunch or out of the office, their attitudes are still, customers FIRST. They continue to stay on point addressing the customers concerns and do this without complaining. Just recently, Jeanette began working at this location on occasions, and I must say, she is a perfect fit and complement the other employees possessing the same attributes. The only downfall at this location in my opinion are the kiosk machines, which seem to be inoperable more often than not. This creates a problem, especially on high volumes days when customers are attempting to utilize the kiosks and they are not working. As a result, office personnel have to stop and address those customers concerns, thus creating a further backlog. Customers then become irate, impatience and start complaining or just leave. I understand the objective of utilizing the kiosks are to make things more efficient, which is great when they are working properly. But when they are not, they are nothing more than a useless piece of machinery. Now it appears customers are being forced to use the kiosks when your organization have not figured out how to keep them in operation. As for me, I rather interact with people opposed to machines. The aforementioned personnel are certainly an asset to your organization and should be commended for their commitment to customer service. I say to them, keep up the good work!!! It is certainly being noticed and very much appreciated.
