After 54 years with this bank ( since it was The Goodyear Bank), I'm done. Service ? There is no service anymore, just ATMs and a a couple of young, inexperienced inside office personnel ( you have to make an appointment with them). Took me 3 appointments and many calls to get a simple small IRA moved. These people are very good at "passing the buck" and not returning phone calls. Better value at other financial establishments. THIS is simply the WORST banking facility in operation!!!!! My debit card was compromised, went into the bank to dispute the charges, had the card closed and was issued a new one. Work up this morning to find that I was continuing to get hit with NEW overdraft charges on an account that was closed!!!!!!!! What a scam! I do not trust the banking system now and would strongly suggest avoiding this facility. read more

This review is for the Wadsworth PNC branch. Never go here to do simple notarizations. The two people at front, right when you walk in, asked a million questions of what these documents were for that I wanted notarized. First, why are they standing there right when you walk in the door??? Second, as a business owner that uses merchant accounts, you will have different documents and different reasons why your documents need notarization so I understand asking me a few questions but in front of a lot of customers there, they acted like I was doing something illegal. They grilled me and acted like I was lying, said they never saw any documents like this, that it didn't have a specific space for a notary. How are they going to know every merchant account document and what they are for? Also, merchant accounts don't always provide a specific line for a notary, they just stamp it at the bottom. They only needed to confirm I am the person that signed these merchant account documents but they hassled me about it in front of many people. It was embarrassing. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Fed Ex to get documents notarized. If I was doing something illegal, would I be using a merchant account that probes you like FBI, in order to get one? We will be closing our accounts there. read more
