Came here as a 40th birthday party and while I had a great time it had nothing to do with the free food or drinks. Honestly we would have had just as good a time by the tables in the concession area that overlooks the ball park. Alcoholic drinks are free for beer or wine... anything you pay... as the bartender told us numerous times as a way to get tipped. So bring cash... so you can tip. We left 10 bucks on the first drink order and it wasn't enough for her to remember us even with no one else at the bar on a Tuesday night game lol. I don't know ... I looked up how much it was to get in and looked like 165. I'd say show up at the gates and get the 5 dollar ticket and spend the rest on drinks and alcohol before going into the diamond club. If your going to come to a game why not go in style. The Diamond club provides all the amenities you're looking for in a quality baseball experience. This buffet style food and unlimited beer and wine experience should sell it itself but just incase it doesn't I'll say it's spacious and has table service. The staff in this section are friendly and helpful. There's a bathroom section tucked in the corner as well as an upstairs if you want to be elevated in the club. Not to mention there's patio seating and you're seats are some of the best in the stadium where. Behind the home plate you have access to see everything. If that doesn't thrill you how about you have access before and after the game. You can sit in the club to figure out your next move, hang out, finish your food and/or whatever floats your boat. Nats sell the tickets in the Club for around $200. Ber and wine are included along with an elaborate buffet in the club as well as a select menu on the seat menu brought out to you. We went on June 5 for the Cubs/Nats game and the host staff at PNC were beyond rude about our group hoping to sit near each other. Given the amount spent on tickets and having gone through group sales to do so, I was shocked they were unprepared for our group. Maybe I'm a dissenting type but I just think for the price, the place is a little overrated. The food is good, but not spectacular, and the lines are a little chaotic (you also have to make a line just to get in). For example, from three types of sausage, only one of them tasted better than an ordinary Nathan's hot dog. The hot options were fine, but nothing that really had me craving for seconds. The one part of the food that I thought was better than it appeared was the dessert bar (best rice krispies treat I've had in ages, with nice big marshmallow chunks). The open bar was great, and the bartenders got drinks out really quickly. The view from the seats was pretty good, and I did like that you could order drinks and snacks from your seat if you so chose. I'd say that if you get the tickets comped through work it's totally worth it. I probably would not pay list price for these. But for the price, I'd give the experience a solid 4 stars. read more

The servers work for tips so keep that in mind if your not willing to walk 50 feet to refill your drink. If your a season ticket holder or a regular, they totally take care of you. So is it worth $230 for each ticket? I say a big yes for the location of the seats- one section above the really expensive seats (President's Club) behind home plate and for the waiter service when you are seated. Everything is included with the price of the ticket- food, water, soda, wine and draft beers. If you want cocktails or bottled beers it's extra. Once the waiter places your order, the food/drinks come out really fast. I recommend the burger and nachos as those aren't available in the buffet. For the buffet inside, once you enter the Diamond Club, you need to get a table with the hostess at the entrance. Once your seated, help yourself to the buffet. I wasn't impressed with the food selection or quality. The person carving the beef wasn't cutting the beef against the grain, so you end up with tough pieces of meat. I didn't see any seafood either. I did like the hot dog bar- had hot dogs, Italian sausage and hot dogs wrapped in bacon! How about offering some Shake Shack burgers and Ben's Chili Bowl food? That would be awesome. read more

I've been at the Lexus Presidents club and now the PNC Diamond Club. For the money, the Diamond Club is just as good and much better value. They done a fantastic remodel of this lounge and glad they got rid of the makeshift tent for single game ticket holders. The amount of buffet food selection was very generous with a pizza bar, carving station (best station imo) with tri tip beef (so good), salad bar (didn't touch), ballpark fare (hot dogs, Italian sausage, delicious half smokes), dessert bar, and lastly another section with Deep South (great catfish and Mac and cheese) and breakfast bar. Make sure you are starving when you get here. I stuffed my face. Open bar too! As much beer and wine, sodas and water you can drink. Draft beer only (goose island, blue point, bud light, bud, mic ultra, shock top). Best part is you get a wait staff service in your seats. Ask for anything and they will get it to you in an efficient manner. Beer, water, dogs, half smokes, even burgers and nachos. Great views of the game too! Come hungry and thirsty. You won't be disappointed. They do stop serving drinks at end of 7th inning, including the bar. They will charge you for canned beers, not the draft beers. read more

If you can get a good deal on tickets ($150 each is good) this is really worth it. When you factor in the unlimited food and drinks. A normal ticket this close will probably run you about $90 as it is, with these tickets you get all you can eat good food, not just ballpark hotdogs. Last time I was there they had prime rib, tacos, salads, fish, etc.. They also give you free food and drinks in your seat, not just inside the club. I would recommend you show up when it opens, which is usually 90 min before the first pitch, and ask for a table, an outside one is best. You can sit there the whole game if you want to and they will keep bringing you fresh beer or wine the whole time. If you show up late you may have trouble getting a good seat in the club for the buffet, but you can always take the plates to your actual seat or stand at the tabletops in the bar area. read more

I can't really imagine a better way to watch a Nat's game. Though I've not been in the Delta Airlines seats...yet. You want to get here at least an hour before first pitch to get a decent table on the first level. There are several stations where you 'buffet' but the prime rib was a 'home run' with me and James. You should also check out the 'Islands' where they serve up roasted turkey with some great pasta choices. When you get your tickets, you can also call the Club and 'reserve' an outside table where you also get full service from the bar as well as access to the buffet. James and I went to game 161, versus the Marlins. Trea Turner smacked a Home Run to put the Nat's up 2 -1 over the Marlins. The Dodgers loss to the Giants secured home field for the first 2 games of the League Division series. It's not a cheap ticket but if you are a Nat's fan or a baseball fan, this is a nice way to treat yourself to a special opportunity. read more

What great way to see the Nationals game! The Diamond Club offers a buffet style eatery but with different stations offering everything from ball park favorites to pizza, steak, salad bar, cheesy tator tots, corn on the cob, hotdogs, sweets and unlimited beer on tap and house wine. If it's not on tap they charge you, I had Stella Artois my first round for $3 since I wasn't aware at first until the bartender told me. The dining room is indoors with AC and offers outside table seating as well. I ate and drank to my hearts content for the first half of the game and then went down to find my seats and ordered more drinks from the In-seat menu. As the game progresses, the dining room starts clearing out and there are many open seats. You are free to walk back and forth between your seats and dining area. The only thing wrong was that our seats had cups and spilled food indicating someone had been sitting there before. Overall it was a nice experience to try. read more

The Diamond Club is more than worth it!! I showed up to the stadium about an hour before the game and stuffed myself with food to the point of no return. Everything was fresh and taste so good (see pics)!! The club and dining area is located about 20 feet from your seats. Inside the club area they have tons of TVs to see the game, a viewing area to see the players practice batting, a viewing area to watch the post-game interviews, and pictures of every president since Taft who has thrown out the first pitch. The staff was really nice and informative. At every turn I felt like there was a dedicated staff member to assist me with what I needed. I did the math and added up what everything I ate and drank would have been in the stadium and it was close to $100. Factor in that, the service , and the seats and this was well worth it!! On top of that the stadium is really nice. I made time to walk around the whole stadium before the game started and I was very impressed. As I walked around every area seemed to have great spots to view the game. I also like the Bud Light Party area! Maybe I'll try that place next time! I am generally a fan of the PNC diamond club but was underwhelmed during my most recent visit. Yes, the free booze is probably what draws in most people but it was the flaws of the smaller items that made this a 1-star experience. For example, the chips for nachos were completely stale, the popcorn was inedible, and the dessert options were subpar. Also, would it hurt them to have a coke mixing machine instead of one coke option. The Lerners own this ballpark so perhaps it shouldn't be a surprise but I expect more when I'm shelling out $170 a seat. I'll be back when the Lerners sell the team. read more

Has the best views of the field, easy in and out to the restrooms and bars. All the employees remember you the waiters and servers know what you like to drink, the food is very good and kept fresh. Love the new pizza bar, salad bar, and they keep all the hot dogs and sausages sticker and handy. They have even added a self serve soda and drink station. Diamond Club is worth the money especially on hot days... the buffet is decent. Since today was a 1:05 p.m. game, they had a what I call a "brunch" station where you could make waffles. They had a hot dog/brats spicy. The brat was pretty good.. no complaints. They had a carving station, popcorn etc., at one point, my s/o was looking for a hamburger, we realized it is an in-seat option. I think some of the waitstaff and bartenders need to work on their customer service skills. Some were abrasive and rude and the in-seat servers took orders but didn't seem to know who order what. There was an older couple next to me who ordered a bottle of water and never received it, the server offered me a bottle so I gave it to him. All and all best way to enjoy baseball, especially on this day because I am a Mets fan, and we beat the Nats 7-3, GO METS!!!!!! read more

The seats are awesome and there is unlimited beer, but unfortunately they aren't enough to justify the price of these tickets. While there is unlimited food, it's pretty bad. This includes sausages where you chew the meat from the non-chewable casing. While not expecting amazingness, I was hoping to get a pretzel, but this seemed like the popular choice as the machine was always empty. The service is great, although you could run into an issue at the bar. They are extremely efficient. They are able to do this because they will already have beer and wine poured for you. Thus, you may run into an issue of a lukewarm, already too sweet Chardonnay. The good news is you just grab another. If you get these tickets free, go. Enjoy the game. Otherwise, stick to the cheap tickets, grab a beer and opt for the good food stands. read more

This sumptuous meal as well as bar service (draft beers, rail and soft drinks) are complimentary with ticket purchase.You can even dine al fresco if you make advanced table reservations. The staff here is attentive and friendly, they cater to your needs and truly make this a VIP experience for the guests. In addition, Diamond Club ticket holders also receive seatside wait service and free bevvies and snacks while watching the game. A fun place to watch a game - If I hadn't been to the Presidents Club at Nationals Park, I would have given this place five stars. The have a free buffet and drinks if you have the right tickets, but you have less of a chance of accidentally ending up on TV (Hi Mom!) compared to being downstairs. Still, the Club gives you an air-conditioned place to avoid the rain and heat, but it is a little on the small side for the amount of people that it serves - they had to add a tent on the backside of the stadium to accommodate everyone when this place starts to overflow. Overall, a fun place to watch a game, but if you are splurging, not sure about the value compared to other options at Nats Park. read more

I really have mixed emotions about this experience. Certainly the seats are terrific and the view of the game amazing. Nice to have food, beer and wine included - you're paying for it for sure, but not getting nickeled and dimed for it is nice. All the food was tasty, though most was not hot enough. The service, on the other hand, was quite lacking. Employees were not friendly and appeared annoyed by customer requests. Bartenders were surly, waitstaff in the dining room impatient, and waitstaff in the seating area disappeared for several innings. Several requests for bottled water were ignored. We gave up and went to the bar to get our own beverages. The seating in the stands is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. Bathrooms were not very well maintained, with no paper towels in half the dispensers. Also, immediately after the game ended, we were not allowed into the bathrooms, told we would have to go out to the concourse instead! Considering the cost, things should be a bit classier. read more

Let's start with the food. Its all you can eat, of course, so you won't go hungry, but the food really isn't very good. The pizza was only decent by gas station standards, the meat and cheese spread (probably the best part) wasnt any better than what you can get in any ordinary grocery store, the BBQ steak was way overcooked and the worst piece of flank steak I've had in ages, the garlic bread was less flavored and more stale than what I get in my workplace cafeteria...well, you get the idea. Basically, if you take this food out of the ballpark and put it into a stand-alone buffet, it would be worth $25 tops. Service inside the club was outstanding, though in-seat service fell well short of my (limited) experiences in other parks/stadiums. The bathrooms were surprisingly disappointing. They're built like you would expect in club seating, but honestly I thought the 300-level restrooms from the previous night were better maintained. The seats themselves were fantastic. If you're after great seats, then the PNC Club is worth it. But ultimately there's not much value added to the seats themselves. read more

This is my second time going to the Nats games in the Diamond Club and I'm totally spoiled. We make sure to get there a little early before they open because we want to get a good table in the Diamond Club restaurant. They have numerous options at the buffet (hotdogs, half-smokes, nachos, salmon, roast beef, pizza, BBQ mac and cheese, and the list goes on), several draft beers, soda, wine and champagne. They also have desserts (they were okay), peanuts, cracker jacks and coffee/tea. After all of that, you go to your seats and order more food--we usually get more beer (Blue Moon) and loaded nachos. The staff is great, very attentive and everything is clean, including the bathroom. I almost forgot to mention that when we went out to our seats, the seats were dirty. We took a napkin to clean it and a staff member was right there with a rag and cleaner. He apologized that the seats were dirty and said that it's part of the service to have the seats clean. I've watched the game from my employer's legal counsel's suite, which is nice but I totally prefer the Diamond Club. I don't know if I could watch the Nats game any other way now! read more

I was lucky enough to be invited to a playoff game recently by one of my girlfriends for a ladies night out. We had passes for the Diamond club...I don't think I will ever be able to see a game any other way after this visit! The Diamond club offers all you can eat and drink (wine & beer included). The variety of food was top of the line! Not only do they have a dining area but you can also order from your seat! They have all the standard baseball food, hot dogs, sausage and peppers, peanuts and popcorn...but also filet, seafood, ice cream and other delicious treats, the list goes on and on!! My husband and I have been members for a few years now. Our contract will be up next year and I don't believe we will not renew. Due in part to price but more importantly the quality on food over the last couple of years has dropped. The repeat of the same type of sides(roasted asparagus, cuccumbers and mushroom for example). Their are so many other veggies that can be prepared for variaty. Prior to the last few years, I enjoyed the fair offered. Was their a change in chefs? Not sure what happened. read more

Amazing experience. My dad and I caught an afternoon game. We started out with delicious bloody marys, which are a modest additional cost (all spirits are extra, but not too bad). The tri-tip roast with asparagus and fingerling potatoes was restaurant-quality, although something other than plastic utensils would be nice (I sent a tine flying across the club). Fish tacos were good. My dad wasn't a fan of the pizza's crust. We both enjoyed several beers inside before heading outside to our seats. I grabbed a half smoke along the way, which was excellent (loaded with chili, onions, etc), along with a bag of peanuts for each of us. We made good use of the in-seat service from the fabulous LaTonya, ordering several beers along with nachos, which all arrived fairly quickly. A pro tip - if you need to go inside for the restrooms, grab drinks along the way. That helps if you're drinking faster than the in-seat folks can get drinks to you. Inside drinks will tide you over until you get your in-seat drinks. The beer selection was good. Beer afficionados might be a little disappointed, because most of the beers are fairly widely distributed, but I think everyone will be able to find something they like. I also had two glasses of the Cabernet - not amazing, but acceptable. All of the serving folks were extremely nice - make sure to tip accordingly! To summarize: I hesitate to even post a review because I don't want anyone else to know about this club seating. Get a parking pass in garage B or C along with tickets to the Diamond Club and you will have a first-class experience. Great views from your seats, great food & drinks, great service, and in some cases these seats can be acquired for a price that borders on theft. My husband and I had a great time last year (2014). It's just a fun thing to do. The wings were great although way overly spiced with old bay, and hard to eat after a couple. These were at a little station by itself not with the main buffet. I wish I could remember more about the food but i remember it being ok. You are really paying for the exceptional seats, service, your own bathroom :) and the whole experience. Great waitress I remember that who brought beers to table. There are also tables outside where you can watch the game. Do not make the mistake we did this year by getting tickets to Diamond Lounge where the food is garbage....literally. read more
