Morris & Pierrot were the heart of the place and service was beyond expectations. My last 2 times there were horrible ! Went in for a problem with a tire ... one hour and half after, I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire but as I looked through the window ... I noticed they did the assessment on the wrong tire ! I returned recently for an oil change. The fellow at the counter was swearing and screaming at a customer ! Even after the customer left, the guy kept swearing and swearing ! It was an utterly unpleasant situation and I will never put foot there again. I have to say that I came there, 4th in line at 9AM and asked for a tire evaluation. Exchanging used almost new tires, valued at $850 on invoice and put me to wait 2 and a half hours to tell me that my new winter tires are installed on the car but they can offer me just $200 on my exchange winter tires. I went to a lot…read moreof garages, most of them pretty terrible, but I did find Pneus Et Mecanique on St Laurent and they were great. They did a lot of work on my old GSX including repairing the belts, alternator work and throttle body. The also did a lot of my fluid and oil changes along with winter and summer wheel/tire installs. When I picked up my new car they balanced the wheels, did an alignment, sent my wheels off to get repaired and I even bought a set of Hankook iPike off them at a great price. I've also recommended them to a few of my friends, and they were all happy with the service and pricing they had to offer.
