They did a great job in a short time - I have had to drop off my car all day in the past - and were very polite and professional. During the course of arranging for the detail, Timothy and I messaged back and forth a number of times. He was SO quick and responsive. Later in the day I happened to drive to a friend's house (he is into cars and I am not). He noticed the shine and walked around my CRV several times, whistling at the job they did. I initially called the RV repair place in town, but their technician was on vacation. They suggested I call Quality 4x4. Quality 4x4 had me send some pictures of the damage and then dispatched two technicians to my location. They were able to rig a temporary repair so that I could tow the camper to the shop. Within an hour, I was back on the road after the leaf spring was replaced. I was extremely impressed with the service and the willingness to help a stranded customer. Highly Recommended!!

We recalled that we had gotten a repair from Rusty's years earlier, so we found the relocated shop. Leon put the car on a lift and in seconds removed the small rock inside the brake which solved the problem. Wonderful service! When I returned home I found the record of our harmonic balancer repair on the same car by Leon in August 2006 in a hand-written note. Our car had died in the Red Lion parking lot and Leon had insisted that he would tow our car to the shop for fear of driving it might cause serious damage. We then left our car in Pt Angeles while we rented a car and went camping for 3 days at Shi Shi Beach. When we returned Leon had repaired our car and we still have it! So, kudos to Leon at Rusty's for providing us with marvelous service for the past 19 years.
