I took my Mercedes in for just minor service, oil and filter, inspection, etc. The very next day drove home and oil was everywhere, see photos attached. I was obviously pissed and called them and had it towed back. Caleb was calm and let me know he would take care of it. They put it on the lift, located the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up the mess in and around the engine. It was a brand new O-Ring installed on the oil filter that failed. It was one of the rare "shit happens" incidents. He even gave me some oil sand to take home to use to clean up my garage. My trust has been reestablished with an auto service shop. They have very competitive prices, especially compared to another shop in town, which I won't mention (but it rhymes with Judy's). They recently fixed my Dodge pick-up, took the time to thoroughly check it out, but didn't push any other repairs on me at all. Steve didn't even mention the things which I probably need done within a year until after he had totaled the bill for the work I had done. You can trust these guys. I was referred to them by a guy who has been selling auto parts and working on cars his entire adult life and he told me that he takes his cars to Mike and Steve's Garage when he doesn't have time or interest in doing it himself. It appeared that the coolant had leaked out. He then brought a really nice Bronco for me, replaced coolant & off he went. The next day he told me the coolant had leaked into the "long block". It couldn't have been detected on any presale check~ it happened. FOMOCO advised repairing it. Robbie, Price Ford (parts dept. mgr.) felt that wasn't good enough as it could happen again so they replaced the engine with a brand new one @ no cost to me. I now have a 2017 Edge with a zero miles engine & full warranty. So, again Todd, Robbie & the whole crew @ Price Ford came through for me. Robbie had it washed before I took it home. I don't know any of these people beyond an initial meeting but based on first impressions it was enough to suggest that the only one I'd trust is the youngest, the owner's son. He was a gentleman with integrity and character. Since I was raised to not say anything if you don't have anything nice to say, I will not speak in too much detail to the behavior of the two older gentleman who interrupted the younger gentleman helping me. They are why this review is two stars. I will be honest from a psychological perspective. If I was diagnosing them I'd probably use words like narcissistic manipulative dishonesty.

I initially called the RV repair place in town, but their technician was on vacation. They suggested I call Quality 4x4. Quality 4x4 had me send some pictures of the damage and then dispatched two technicians to my location. They were able to rig a temporary repair so that I could tow the camper to the shop. Within an hour, I was back on the road after the leaf spring was replaced. I was extremely impressed with the service and the willingness to help a stranded customer. Highly Recommended!!
