However, my original plan was to take all of our money out of United, but that proved to be too much inconvenience. We have too many autopay accounts via United and I didn't want all that hassle. In addition, I ran into a situation where I needed someone's help on a an issue. After speaking with 2 different telephone tellers who carried forth the "you're bothering me" attitude, I lucked up and spoke to Vanessa. What a breath of fresh air! She was NICE and KNOWLEDGEABLE and didn't seem annoyed but was Helpful!! She cleared up the problem! It only took weeding through 3 others who I'd rate 1 star and 2 stars each to happen upon Vanessa! She even encouraged me to call upon her with anything I need! You bet I will!

One even called me to double-check on something about our account because she wished to make certain everything was accurate and up-to-date. Every time I have gone in, the staff is available so I can be in and out quickly. If you are looking for a bank, this bank deserves your consideration.
