First off, the artwork in the lobby and in each room is incredible and keeps the kids entertained while they wait. Reception is kind and friendly, and you are checked in and helped out by nurses and assistants quickly. There is a little bit of a wait to see the actual doctor but that has never bothered me because He is always genuine with his time with you and doesn't rush at all. We see Doctor Ty Webb and he is not only great with the kids/babies, but he is so knowledgeable and helps make sure that the parents leave feeling more confident in how to take care of their kids and all questions answered. When they hit about 6-9 months, each visit from there we have left with a new book to read which is great. We also get great literature to inform us about vaccines and the developmental stage of our child and what to look out for. Calling in has also been great, especially getting nurse responses back when you have question. Could not recommend this place or Doctor Webb more!

I had the misfortune of attending an exam with this fraud. He recorded the wrong information and lied in medical record, ultimately resulting in a denial from the VA. He asked me to bend forward so he could measure my forward flexion. I bent forward about 10-20 degrees (my fingers were unable to touch the top of my knees) and he recorded 90 degrees. He also lied on my side bending and inserted the maximum range of motion in all locations thus lying in my records. I would not do business with anyone that employs this PA and if you are a veteran going to VES exam with this man, I would suggest contacting them and rescheduling with a different provider. He will not uplhold his oath and you will denied benefits, as I was. Avoid this provider at all costs.

You couldn't pay me to ever set foot in this office again. Kody has no business working with other humans, and the front office is completely incompetent.

She had two hospitalizations in Portneuf and we were able to experience several of the pediatricians that practice at the Children's Clinic. The performance of Doctors Yost, Murdock and Parsons prompted us to move our pediatric care to the Pocatello Children's Clinic. We eventually had to take my daughter to Primary Children's in SLC, but that was only after the Pediatricians (some of which trained at Primary Children's) at Portneuf reached the end of their diagnostic capabilities. This isn't a poor reflection on the pediatricians at Portneuf. The level of specialty needed for my duaghter's case doesn't exist in every hospital. She needed to be at a place like Primary Children's in SLC with TEAMS of specialty pediatricians. My daughters diagnosis and treatment took three medical teams, specializing in Infectious Diseases, Primary treatment and Neurology. In summary, the pediatricians at Portneuf and Pocatello Children's Clinic were excellent. They also know when, for the sake of the patient, to start consulting with other medical resources such as Primary Childrent's.

Dr Fulks is nice with the kids, but keeps misdiagnosing ailments. After multiple visits with Dr Fulks that were useless we tried to change to Dr Yost, but the clinic wouldn't allow us too. If anything serious comes up with our kids we may be forced to seek care in Idaho Falls.
