It was detailed and complete, listing all materials needed and all of the instructions for moving (what goes, what stays, packing fragile items, etc. 2. The team arrived per schedule, on time and ready. They worked quickly and professionally, and I found them friendly and I observed them taking extra care of my goods as they were loaded on the van. 3. Unloading was quick, and I found them both responsive to my directions for where things needed to wind up, and in fact they created a storage scheme that allowed me to access my kitchen stuff (for instance) without a lot of shuffling and relocating boxes. It was thoughtful and considerate, something I had not even thought about when planning the move. BBG&T were great. The day before the job, he texts me saying he needs raise the price and proceeds to "tech-splain" how it's a specialized job requiring specialized tools (I built it myself originally with a drill using a couple of bits).
