After coming back to bring my results, I met Aelicia and Tiffany. They are so sweet and carry themselves like ladies. I did notice that the Spanish girl there wasn't as educated and knowledgeable so don't go to her. The lady name Liz was confused too. I don't know if the company knows but I let them know. I signed up with this company on 10/28/16 and selected the Diamond Package which was designed specifically to work with Mr. Harper himself. I had been following all his pages and was excited to have this opportunity. I paid $199 enthusiastically and was scheduled for consultation on 10/31 at 12:00 pm. I was enrolled by Tamara which was a great experience and again I looked forward to working with Mr. Harper. On yesterday 10/31 as my appointment was scheduled for 12:00pm I did not receive a call. I attempted to call the office several times as well as customer service and there was no response. I emailed them as well via the portal that was set up. Shortly after 2'oclock pm after I had taken an extended lunch break from my job awaiting call from Mr. Harper or his staff I called again and finally got a representative on the phone. I expressed that I wished to cancel and was placed on hold several times and was finally refunded my $199 after 20mins of being on hold. I was not given an apology even AFTER I was asked why I wished to cancel and I expressed due to lack of communication regarding no contact for my appointment. Around 4pm that day Mr. Harper himself calls me to apologize and explained to me that the reason he didnt call was that he had two deaths in the family over the weekend. As I follow him on social media I expressed my condolences and told him that I was aware of that and expected him or his staff to reach out to me regarding rescheduling but that did not occur. Furthermore, getting in touch was his staff seemed to be IMPOSSIBLE once having signed up. He explained he has over 400 clients he works with directly and this was a "one off" situation. I told him I understood, again expressed my deepest sympathies and proceeded to end the conversation. Mr. Harper continued the conversation in hopes to regain my business and I advised him that "money" wasnt the issue because I gladly paid the $199 and have no issues paying $199/month. The issue was terrible communication. Also, as I understand he has experienced an unfortunate situation as the Diamond Package I chose specifically requires he and he alone work on my credit I expressed concern of his ability to complete work as I knew he would need time for grieving and I would respect that. The conversation finally ended upon this note. Shortly after as I stated I was following Mr. Harper on fb as he shares some great credit tips etc He posts a status regarding the situation stating "Don't sign up for a package with him where you want to work directly with him if you can't work with him." He proceeds to say he is out of town paying respects to family grieving a loved one." In addition he rants on about how I should go ahead and sign up with Lexington Law, FES and companies of the likes and let them take my money and do no work. But that was exactly what HE HIMSELF had done with me having paid $199 and no work had been completed thus far. Yet on his Facebook you see him at still posting statuses etc and enjoying a beautiful time with his wife at a theme park. None of which I have a problem with but business is business. He had a duty to communicate with his clients if he wasnt going to be available. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I am typically not the type to "rate" companies but Mr. Harper went beyond his way to bash me publicy on FB though no mention of my name. So my reason for rating this company is POOR is as follows: 1. Professionalism, the decorum displayed publicly regarding a private matter was despicable. Especially given the lack of truth. 2. Communication, at least with the other companies he mentioned I have communication with them via phone, email, etc with a faster response time other that 2-4 hours. 3. Services, unfortunately I got none of what I was supposed to get with the Diamond package which was direct contact etc with Mr. Harper letters were to go out with 24-48 hours of having been signed up etc. But because the INITIAL consultation had not taken place as scheduled all of that was to be pushed out to a further date. read more
