Don't worry, it's not like you'll be sitting down in her living room going over your taxes while Jerry Springer plays on the TV. Instead, she has an actual office with it's own entrance. I found her to be professional, down to earth, and helpful. Sure, I could have went to an H&R Block or some other place, but they don't seem as personable.
