I'd give a four for customer service. I've had state farm for more than 7 years. I called for a quote. I never signed any documents confirming the quote. they did text me and ask did I wish to move forward with the quote and I replied no. I was still charged and forced to pay for the quote that I told them I didn't want to move forward on. I was told someone would contact me about possible reimbursement and that hasn't happened yet. Be careful asking for quotes cause you just might get forced to pay for insurance you don't want or need. read more

Would not recommend. Would not do business with them again I was with Wendy for waaaayy longer than I should have been. Mainly because it was easier to stay and State Farm had competitive rates. Service - Non existent. The only conversations that didn't seem like a hassle were those around selling coverage or raising rates. Professionalism - Don't be ridiculous. There don't have that word out in Conyers. Customer Satisfaction - Again, their only interest is charging more and getting off the phone as quickly as possible. Industry Expertise/Knowledge - They will transfer you quicker than they can raise your rates! Too many choices out there. Garbage. read more

I have been with State Farm since 1977...and with Wendy Bear's State Farm agency since 1997. I never feel like I am "just a number". Everyone in her office is caring and professional. I have had very few claims, but when I do, they are paid promptly. And from time to time when I have had a policy quibble, she has fought for me and has gotten results. Auto rates are very good, as are the multi-policy discounts. The Homeowner's insurance is not the cheapest, but when you examine it vs. competitors, you come to the conclusion it is likely the best. Wendy has been my agent for the last 25 years. I have 2 cars insured with her, one house, a long term care policy and a mutual fund on the investment side. I don't know if I could save a few bucks shopping my policies, though I know it wouldn't be worth switching. Wendy is a friend and an advisor. I've had a variety of life changing events and she's been instrumental in helping me navigate many of them. Her office is in Conyers though that's irrelevant as it's rare that one needs to actually visit the office. So regardless of where you live, I would highly recommend reaching to Wendy and her staff. Wendy Bear is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. I actually never talked to her, at least that I can remember. Her office signed me up for workmans comp only to come back months later to say I was never qualified to have it by State Farm. Regardless I had some company calling me for an audit around the end of 2016 beginning of 2017 and then I just got a call from R.M.S. collection agency saying I owe $156 dollars for a workmans comp policy that has been in collections since Feb. Their initial answer was that "Josh" (who does not work there any longer) signed me up for it so they don't know anything (basically saying it wasn't their fault, tough luck). In the end they took no responsibility and told me to take it up with the collection agency. read more
